  We Trust John O'Rourke at Labadie Buick GMC every single time we need to upgrade a vehicle! Its an amazing team from the beginning to the end.. advice on what vehicles are best suited to our needs.. what vehicles have great track records.. advice on how long to keep it and how to get the most out of buying a vehicle with the intent to eventually trade in! We had such a good time there this weekend.. we bought TWO!

  Dealing with Labadie GMC for the purchase of a brand new 2026 Terrain Denali this March was nothing short of nightmare. Within the first three weeks I started making complaints of a wobble with exceleration (theres a GM bulletin out for it i found out after the fact). Then it started revving up acting like it was in (L) low and wouldnt decelerate kept RPMs at 4000+ and wouldnt move. This happened to me on a three lane highway in the fast lane all while being 100mi from home (theres also a GM bulletin for this). The service dept. wouldn't call me to schedule a service after I verbalized the wobble issue. At the time of the complaint i was told its just an annoyance and doesnt hurt anything. I called three different times and no call back for an appt. Now we are in the middle of dealing with an attorney because after the last issue on the highway we dont feel safe driving it anymore. Now Labadie is refusing to accept the car back from the out of town dealer. This has ruined us for ever buying a brand new car again. Ill buy old shit my boys and husband can fix. I mean the salesman Collyn was alright to deal with during the initial purchase.

  Purchased a 2017 Ford Escape from this dealership. It was purchased as is and was told there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and should last me a long time. On the trip home, I noticed the vehicle swaying a bit when I hit a decent bump that didn't seem right. Within two days of driving the vehicle which included the trip home and to work for two days, which is 15 miles away, the check engine light came on. This was a Friday. I was able to get a hold of someone Monday and they responded to me Tuesday to come in and have the car checked out. They set the appointment for the following week Thursday. Skipping the issues of the appointment being set at the other location, I got the car checked out for the issues and it came back as an oxygen sensor and the trailing arms which totaled $1600. They said to go back to the other location and talk to the sales rep. So I did. John talked to his supervisors, came back, and called someone at the other location. He then told me to talk to Pete because he'll help me with the cost of parts and labor. After a week of trying to get a hold of Pete, I then left a voicemail for a different manager explaining what happened. Next thing I know, Pete calls back pretty quickly. But then explains that he can't authorize that and I need to talk to a different manager at the used car lot at the original location. So, I try to reach out to them. Still no response after another week. It's been a month now since getting the car. I don't care if the sensors get fixed, I am looking to get the trailing arms fixed. It was quoted around $300 for parts and that's $300 I don't have. It's a large deal to me and just want some help in getting something fixed that was wrong with it when I bought the car. Now a month later, I'm also seeing it needs an oil change already when they told me it was done. I'm wondering what else was wrong with it when I bought it that I'll find out soon. Would not recommend this dealership.
