  We were on our way home from up north yesterday when my husband's Sierra 1500 Elevation lost the ability to accelerate!! OnStar was able to direct us to Labadie GMC in Bay City. We rolled in pretty stressed and were greeted by Dan in the service bay. He immediately hooked up a diagnostic reader and was able to clear all the codes that were going off. He also took the truck for a good test drive (along with me and our nervous dogs) on I-75 to confirm it had been a communication snafu with past codes and nothing more. We were on the road within 45 minutes. THANK YOU TEAM LABADIE!! The Kelly's officially have a new dealer!! See you in March when our lease is up!!

  I had a very positive experience. It was beyond what I expected and am so so happy with my (for me new) 2024 Buick Enclave. It looks brand new. They gave me a very fair price for my 2018 Premier Malibu trade in that I bought there used a few years ago, which was a great car to drive but I needed something more comfortable for long road trips since I am older. I will certainly recommend this dealership. Thank you for great service.

  I bought a used car from Labadie last week and was lied to repeatedly! They really didn't want to work with me on the price and I was paying cash. Lied about the damage. I asked to see the engine and he showed me a picture. After I got home I had to clean it because there was dirt under the floor mats. Pulled out the back council and there was old pop spilled all over. Damage that I was told was scratches. Will never recommend them! As of Sept. 1. No one has contacted me on this situation. Very poor service!!

  I was impressed with Labadie from start to finish. The service facility was clean and organized, and the entire team operated with expert precision and great communication. Every staff member I interacted with was kind and professional—one even took the extra time to come out and make sure my elderly mother was comfortable while we waited. Receiving the first of two complimentary oil changes for my newer vehicle (purchased in November 2025) was the icing on the cake. You truly can't beat Labadie for top-notch service!

  After traveling >160 miles on vacation, we found ourselves in downtown Bay City with a 2019 GMC Sierra Denali with some problems. My insurance company has embraced A.I. to the point of ineptitude, resulting in a tow service delay of over 2 hours. This 2 hour delay resulted in my wife, myself and my truck arriving at LaBadie just minutes before 5:00pm on a Friday afternoon and at the mercy of a team getting ready to go home for the week. The team, especially, Marcus and Chris, worked with us, ensured the truck got looked at, and then they were able to provide my wife and I with a rental (truck also), as we still needed to get two new bikes to our 3 and 8 yr. old grandsons; which was the purpose of the trip. During this entire time, the LaBadie team never complained and almost acted as if they had been waiting for us to arrive? I was also able to leave my truck at Labadie to be serviced. I am a GM (Pontiac, Cadillac, Chevrolet and GMC) car owner for over 40 years, and I am dutiful about getting my vehicles serviced by Certified GM dealerships.....and with that said, the 'excellent service' we received at LaBadie made me tell them that they need to open a branch in my hometown...joking?? Not really. Great Service and Rental Team !!
