  Was very disappointed in the return service, it may have been fast but having to walk home in Hail Strom after was sad especially from a company that pride it's self on taking care of the customer. Never going there again.

  Young lady at the front desk was excellent, very friendly and got me in and out. She set me up with a rav 4 that was a perfect long distance hauler, price was very reasonable. Will choose this location again in the future.

  Needed to rent a vehicle for an overnight trip and found enterprise to have the best prices. The ease of the website was great, and doing early check-in made the transition smooth when actually picking up the vehicle. The sales team was very friendly and helpful, making everything so easy. I will definitely use Enterprise again!

  Rented a car through Expedia. I enter the Bay City office and they tell me my reservation was cancelled because they don’t have a car. Also she tried to tell me that they called someone other than me and confirmed the cancellation!? Like you don’t confirm on the phone who the reservation is for? The lady at the front desk doesn’t apologize, tried to make it look like it was my fault that Enterprise is taking reservations for cars they don’t have, and was just irritating. Now, I have to try to find a vehicle last minute elsewhere. Get people your front desk that know how to communicate !!!
