  This was my first time at enterprise and my experience was fast and easy. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and did her job very well. I love that she even remembered me when I returned the Car an even asked how my trip was. I will definitely be returning when we need a car to take another trip.

  Very expensive on renting vehicles now an the deposit is very high too I will never rent from them

  From the easy online reservation and modifications, to the friendly staff, and nice selection of vehicles at a decent price, I had an excellent first time rental car usage! I will definitely go back if ever needed again!

  I have had to rent a car quite often in the last few weeks due to issues with my own vehicle. I have always used the Enterprise on Bay Road in Saginaw and have found them to be extremely helpful and accommodating. They are easy to work with, move along quickly when the store is busy but always makes sure the customers understand all aspects of the rental and always ask if the customer has any questions or concerns. I work with Jacob most of the time and he always seems to remember my name (maybe that's not a good thing). My last visit, I was introduced to Megan who was charming, friendly and very knowledgeable. No matter how busy they get, they all stay on task and get customers on their way. I give them five stars plus. Kathleen Rayner
