The Belle-Tire In BAY CITY has never done me wrong. If I needed a new set of tires, they were truthful with me and I've always taken their recommendation. I have needed tires fixed such as trailer tires or an ATV tire once in a while. Not one time have they ever charged me. Unfortunately I do not remember what the guy's name was that helped me today but he was about 50 feet tall. Keep up the good work over there. .

Bought four brand new tires from this Belle Tire location and since they offer FREE tire rotations to EVERYONE, as an existing customer who purchased tires from them, I was disappointed to also have to sit and wait over two hours for just a tire rotation! Belle Tire should be loyal to their customers who purchase tires from them and allow appointments or a shorter wait time than those who just “drop in” for free services.

The best service and they're very understanding, but willing to work with you, without talking about you

Belle Tire usually does a good and honest job. I had recently taken my Honda Odyssey here to have the tires sealed and exhaust leak diagnosed. They were unable to fix the tires and did not charge me so they are good on that part. But they diagnosed my exhaust as needing 3 new catalytic converters and it would cost over 3 grand. Muffler Man on the east side diagnosed it as the Y pipe and helped with a temporary fix for $25 dollars. Muffler man quoted about 1000 for the actual repair. Belle Tire never mentioned anything about there being a hole in the cross over/Y-pipe. They did however mention that I should replace the entire exhaust. So I figure they either did not want the work or misdiagnosed it.
