  Anderson is absolutely amazing to work with, very honest and efficient. Was able to get in and out within 10 minutes grateful for the amazing service. I referred several friends and family, including my own son.

  Unbelievably slow and unprofessional service. There are four employees working, but basic shop protocol seems nonexistent—instead of running an efficient workflow, all four were huddled around a single car. Meanwhile, staff members were literally walking around drinking coffee, making eye contact, and chatting with each other instead of moving the line along. I came in for a simple fluid and tire check, a quick routine job that should take minutes. Even though they clearly saw me waiting, no one bothered to acknowledge me or step up to help. Getting basic vehicle maintenance shouldn't involve sitting there watching the crew bullshit while ignoring waiting customers. Zero urgency and total disrespect for people's time. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

  You guys, it’s a rarity that I write or post a review. However, the customer service for Uncle Ed’s Oil Shop in Battle Creek (Beckley Rd. location) is top tier. Each time that I come to the location I express my concern for finding the best deals, and they are always super quick to respond with “go to the website and check out our coupons.” They are phenomenal in sharing services that may be due for your car in the future in order to get the best performance and it doesn’t feel like a sales pitch, but seriously like they just want what’s best for your vehicle and its overall service. Today, 9/11/26 I went in because I thought the oil was low, maybe by a quart, turns out I was empty; while they were suppose to charge me in excess of the 1 quart free top off oil, they educated me on why it was happening likely and they ensure I left with 3 quarts of oil to a fill at NO CHARGE. Talk about exceptional service, this is each time I go; I am met with the best person and a lover of their job! Thanks, you guys are the best!
