  We tried it for a month. In that month we were given the wrong wash multiple times because we had to see a cashier each time due to having a temporary tag, and even though I know it's a risk it has damaged (dented) our car on both sides at the bottom. Will never purchase a membership with Tommy's.

  Part of the reason I purchased a membership was to use the vacuums, but the last few times there has been barely any suction. Please empty out the vacuums regularly.

  Everytime I come to Battle Creek, I run through Tommy Express. I travel the state and this is one of if not the cleanest car wash everytime. Bravo

  I went to Tommy’s Express car wash today and when I entered the car wash no one was at the entrance to wave me in to make sure my car was lined up correctly I had to enter myself and hope for the best you can’t do that to a second guessing high anxiety female I wanted to put it in reverse and leave but I had cars behind me never again will I go back
