  Everytime I come to Battle Creek, I run through Tommy Express. I travel the state and this is one of if not the cleanest car wash everytime. Bravo

  I went to Tommy’s Express car wash today and when I entered the car wash no one was at the entrance to wave me in to make sure my car was lined up correctly I had to enter myself and hope for the best you can’t do that to a second guessing high anxiety female I wanted to put it in reverse and leave but I had cars behind me never again will I go back

  Managements great and have a positive attitude everytime, if there’s any issues there fast to fix them don’t hesitate to ask

  Remington offers hand towel drying with their services. Your dryers are not so good, an awful lot for seniors to handle. 4-5 people just standing in office. Time to reevaluate.

  I really enjoyed this car wash because It had good features like the floor mat washer. Unfortunately I have complained twice about this car wash knocking my mirrors forward almost every time I go through it. Today I went through it and it knocked both my mirrors forward. When I pulled out there was a person in front of me parked with their mirror knocked forward and the guy behind me coming out had his mirror knocked forward too. These mirrors are very expensive And I can't take the chance of it damaging my mirrors. If the issue ever gets fixed I may consider coming back but until then I have to go somewhere else.
