Extremely expensive. Make sure you review your bill before you agree to work. Over $960 for rear brakes and small amount of muffler work on a 2007 vehicle. *UPDATE*… Called the customer service number after Monroe replied to my review.. filed my complaint. Was told district manager would call me … NEVER DID. I called back to follow up. Told all they do is send district managers an email and hope they follow through. STILL have not gotten a call…*UPDATE*.. got a call from store told manager would call me next Wednesday. NO ONE CALLED. 12/24 **UPDATE** have called 1-800# number 4 times in 10 weeks. 4th time They advised they will ask district manager AGAIN (4th time) to call me and they will also email his boss to contact been. Been 4 weeks. NO ONE HAS CALLED. 12/27****UPDATE****someone from the local Monroe business called me today. Very angry in his tone and surely did not sound like a district manager.. spoke very rapidly but the part I just had to laugh at was when he told me the employee spent 4 1/2 hours welding the seams of the muffler… THE ORIGINAL MUFFLER .. THE 17 year old muffler… lol.. who spends 41/2 hours welding a 17 year old muffler.. definitely feel I was over charged.. next oil change I’ll include photos. ****UP DATE**** photo of welding that i was charged $400 and according to manager took 41/2 hours… yeah right!

OUTSTANDING!! Hands down, one of the best service centers I've ever dealt with! Their customer satisfaction is top notch! They're knowledgeable, informative, and courteous throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond to help me get these bad boys on my truck and back on the road, all while saving me money on unnecessary charges that other companies wouldn't have hesitated to stack up on me. - Customer for life
