I recently purchased a Ford from Lakeview Ford and wanted to take the time to specifically recognize Vince Kincy for the way he handled the entire process. My situation was not a simple one. I was coming out of a lease with significant mileage, negative equity, and a lot of questions about what made the most financial sense. I also looked at multiple vehicles and changed direction during the process. Through all of that, Vince remained patient, professional, responsive, and easy to work with. What I appreciated most was that when I questioned something or brought information to him that didn’t seem to line up, Vince didn’t get defensive or try to brush me off. He listened, acknowledged my concerns, looked into things, and communicated with me like a person rather than just another sale. At one point he even told me that if anything about the deal made me uncomfortable, I shouldn’t do it. That stuck with me because there was never a feeling that he was trying to force me into a vehicle just to close a deal. Buying a vehicle can already be stressful, and my particular situation had a lot of moving pieces. Vince did an excellent job keeping communication open and helping me work through the process until I found the Ford I ultimately felt comfortable purchasing. There are plenty of salespeople who are great when a transaction is easy. I think you learn a lot more about someone when the deal gets complicated, the customer asks a lot of questions, and things don’t go perfectly from the beginning. Vince handled that extremely well. I would absolutely recommend asking for Vince Kincy if you’re shopping at Lakeview Ford. He earned my business, my respect, and this review. I appreciate all the time and effort he put into helping me get into my new truck. Thank you, Vince. Five stars.

If you are interested in buying a new vehicle, check out Susie at Lakeview Ford. She will accelerate the process and take care of your every need! I told her what I wanted and she found me a vehicle out of Chicago, delivered in a timely manner. Plus she’s great with hooking up Ford Pass and taking care of your camping needs, if that’s what you choose. Thanks again Susie!

I had the BEST experience with Lakeview Ford! I truly cannot say enough positive things about this dealership. Alan Findlay was excellent and truly made sure that I found a vehicle that I not only love, but one he knew I would feel safe in. He's easily made me into a lifelong customer. I will absolutely be back in the future for our next purchase!
