  Beware this Service Department. I called about getting a transmission fluid change on my 2012 Mustang. She quoted me 500 for a flush. Which I said I just want a drain and fill. She quoted me 225. I said ok and made the appointment. I went in and the service member doing my paperwork asked what she quoted on the phone. I replied 225. He said... that sounds low.(red flag #1) I asked are you going to charge me what she quoted? He said yes. So I signed the paperwork and he said an estimated wait time of 2 hours. He offered that they had a driver who could take me to a local store while I waited. I opted to go to a store as the driver was almost at my destination I get a phone call from Ford saying... "after looking into it, we can only do a flush on your make and model". (red flag #2) I asked the driver to turn around and bring me back to the dealership. Feeling like I had been "bait and switched". After arriving they had many excuses as to what happened. I asked how much would it be check the status of my fluid, im curious what color it is. As the dip stick can only be accessed underneath the car. They quoted 182. I said no thanks give me keys. Complete waste of my time since I dont live in town and had to drive a distance to get there. After leaving I called some other local Ford Dealerships in Grand Rapids to confirm they could do this service on my vehicle and told them what Lakeview Ford said to me. They replied we can do that service, we have no idea why they would have said that to you.

  Purchased a used car. The sales experience was A+. Halen is a great sales person. The business manager, all of the rest of the folks I interacted with were top notch. Easy process and fair prices for what I bought, as well as my trade in.

  I worked with Halen Kline and Delaney while shopping for a used vehicle here. While I did not end up purchasing from Lakeview Ford, Halen and Delaney were both incredibly courteous and professional, and I would absolutely go there again. Their manager, Josh, did an outstanding job as well. There was zero pressure—just great customer service by a team of impressive young professionals.

  Vince was a fantastic salesman from start to finish. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely focused on what I needed rather than pushing extras. He answered every question clearly, laid out the numbers transparently, and gave me space to think without ever feeling pressured. Thanks to his guidance, the whole process was smooth and stress-free, and I drove away confident I got the right car at a fair price. Highly recommend working with Vince if you want a professional who helps you decide rather than trying to decide for you.
