  I guess if your not dealing with Jake at this location they treat you bad.I am extremely disappointed with the treatment my husband received today at your location. We are Plus members and have rented from for many years without ever experiencing anything like this. Today, when my husband went to return our rental, JAYDEN treated him as if he had done something wrong or stolen the vehicle. He was inspecting underneath the car, making comments about my husband being “high risk,” and saying he would not even be allowed to extend the rental if he wanted to. The entire interaction felt unnecessary, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. To make matters worse, we called the location four separate times attempting to extend the rental and nobody answered the phone. We have proof of every call. Instead of acknowledging the lack of communication on your end, my husband was made to feel embarrassed and singled out during the return process. The amount of time it took to check the vehicle in was unreasonable, especially considering we have an extensive positive rental history with your company and have never had any issues before. Loyal customers should not be treated this way. We expect better customer service and professionalism from a company we have supported for years. I would appreciate this situation being reviewed and addressed appropriately.

  Great service. Great atmosphere they always take care of the customers. Jake is the man but all the employees do a wonderful job. Been there a few times the last couple of years and always a pleasure.

  I recommend Enterprise for sure.. I do not make it easy on anybody I swear sometimes I'm just a pain in the butt.. but praise God the people there are amazing they worked very well with me they were very nice and very patient with me even when they had absolutely no reason to be.. the man that I have mostly dealt with is named Jake and he is such a blessing I recommend them any and every time you need a rental car..

  I had a great experience with Enterprise from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the rental process quick and easy. The vehicle I received was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I needed. I also appreciated how smoothly both pickup and drop-off went—it saved me a lot of time and stress. Overall, the customer service really stood out, and I would definitely choose Enterprise again in the future.

  We’ve had a reservation booked for weeks. Show up to get the car & are told there are none available but there will be at 3pm. The guy refused to help by calling other Enterprises in the area and offered zero assistance to see if they have any available. We leave for a flight this evening and are now scrambling to find a car. I just wish they’d have called and gave us a heads up vs letting us get there and find out. I called Kalamazoo locations myself & they were wonderful and helpful although they didn’t have any.
