  Don't rent from here if you want your deposit back. I put a $300 deposit down for an SUV rental from 9:30am Monday the 22nd to 6:00pm July 1st. The total came out to 1099.19 after the deposit. Brought it back today at 5pm, and they informed me I would be getting back $199.64 on my deposit, for keeping the car for an extra day. When I showed them my reservation they said it was not billed right when I picked it up so they kept part of my deposit. They made a mistake so now they get to keep part of my deposit. Oh, and as a side note they SOLD the car while I had it and messaged in the middle of my vacation telling me to bring it back.

  Always excellent service with Enterprise. You get the car that you need for the rental for the trip that you're going on. It's quite easy to get lost in the selection of vehicles that they have. They have economy vehicles for those that are trying to stretch every penny on gas mileage. They have SUVs for those that have larger bulk materials that need to be transported across States they have luxury sedans for those that are just looking for a nice cruise and something nice. They also have economy vans if you're moving stuff or have a large crowd that needs to be moved. Best part about Enterprise. You can actually purchase cars from them. All. Their rentals go through a screening process at a certain mileage Mark per model. They switch it over to Enterprise sales department and you can buy a slightly used rental vehicle from Enterprise that's been maintenance and taken care of. It's entire time building and a great perk of being an Enterprise customer

  Everyone in the Battle Creek Enterprise branch are welcoming, and true professionals. I have rented from all over the US and it is rare to come across even one person that acts like they care. That's not just car rental, but an affliction across all service industries. Especially since Covid. But Jake and the rest of the team at BC keep a positive vibe in the place and take care of their customers. They are doing an outstanding job 👏

  The Battle Creek MI Staff was beyond more than helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had the right vehicle to travel out of state when my truck broke down and when the the car we rented the air didn't work they change out car quickly and got us on our way they also let us extend the rental as my truck was not finished I would highly recommend them to anyone if they had a scale I give them 10 out of 10 !!! Great job Battle Creek Staff

  Horrible experience so far! First vehicle had an oil leak the size of a basketball in my garage. I took it back to show them and swap out vehicles. (Asked me if I wanted to take it to a mechanic and get it patched up and wait!) Absolutely not! They then gave me anothet vehicle where they lost a key fab and told me it still works, just touch the key to the start button and manually open the door. I drive a couple blocks away and grab a red bull, unlock the car, and all hell breaks loose alarms are going off and I can't get it to stop or start the car up. I had to walk back the the building and tell them there vehicle is a few blocks away going crazy. They get the car back and get me into another vehicle, this one smells of weed, but I need a vehicle, so I bought some freshener thinking it would go away, nope. Then I fold down the rear seats, I find a Roach Clip! (Smaller part of a rolled cigar with burnt weed in it!) Totally unexceptable! I can't even get a new vehicle as noone will call me back regional wise as the store I went to is closed now and I escalated it through there customer service. Now I smell like weed, can't have my child in it with Asthma, and now I have a headache from it...
