  I reserved the vehicle for one day, used it for the reserved period, and returned it on time as scheduled. However, I was charged for two days, and I received less of my deposit back than I should have. When I contacted Customer Service, I was told that a note would be left for the Battle Creek location regarding this issue. However, I still have not received any apology, update, or contact from the here.

  The one & ONLY rental place you should be choosing! BEST OF THE BEST 10/10 Jake, jimmy, and the other 3 that are working there are all amazing unfortunately I can’t remember their names but they all have great customer service and knows how to take care of you. Familiar faces everytime I go in there I see one of them. Enterprise is literally my favorite rental company 🤍 every experience has been 10/10 , rentals are always clean and ride very nice, never had an issue!!! BOOK ENTERPRISE

  Although my rental experience didn’t start out as planned due to the vehicle I was hoping to get having mechanical issues on its way to the lot, I can’t say enough positive things about the team at the Battle Creek location. Every person I worked with was kind, empathetic, apologetic, and genuinely committed to finding a solution—even though the circumstances were completely outside of their control. They never stopped working to make sure I ended up in a vehicle that I was comfortable and happy with. What impressed me most was the effort they made to accommodate my family. When there wasn’t a large SUV available locally, they drove 45 minutes away to pick up the only one available so that my family could have a vehicle comparable in size to what we normally drive. That level of customer service and willingness to go out of their way did not go unnoticed. A huge thank you to Alix, Jimmy, Ty, and Jake for going above and beyond to turn what started as a discouraging situation into such a positive experience. It was very clear that each of you takes pride in your job and genuinely cares about meeting the needs of your customers. I contacted and worked with several locations while trying to figure everything out, and Battle Creek was the only location that truly went the extra mile to help me. That speaks volumes about this team and the level of service they provide. Thank you all again for your patience, kindness, and determination to make things right. I truly appreciate everything you did for me and my family, and I would absolutely recommend this location to others.
