Roadside service not your branch, left me stranded on the middle of nowhere and you jumped to the rescue and got me to your store safely. I truly appreciate you guys you have no idea. Thank you!!!

He greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, had a great attitude, and made the entire process simple and enjoyable! Amazing experience, will be back!
- RHRobert HurleyJul 31, 20261.0Do not use! I hired a car for a single day and they double charged me. I filed my return for 12pm Sunday 28th ofJune and enterpise said it was fine. They were closed when I arrived and no-one answered the phone that morning when I called. I took proof of my return and dropped my key as instructed by the signs at the office. I then come to find they logged my return time for the next day and double charged me. I've tried to get the time corrected with my proof through the enterprise customer service line 5 times. The first three time they told me the manager of this depot would confirm the timings with me. After they didn't contact me after 4 weeks I escalated it to Enterprise management and they said they would review the case and give me my refund. There was no word . I called the customer service line for a fifth time and after the 5th time they told me they can't do it as this depot says the time is correct. Absolutely disgraceful behaviour costing me and additional $110. I'll have the credit card company get it back. I repeat DO NOT USE
