They took my vehicle in and acted like they were doing an alignment. I waited an hour and half for them to come out and tell me they could not do an alignment but here is a $2500 estimate! I asked why someone didn't come out and tell me an hour ago they could not do that. The bleached blonde, absolutely incompetent manager had no explanation. I will also note that I had to wait for the bleached blonde incompetent manager to finish his bag for doritos before he would help me. This place is an absolute scam! and The bleached blonde manager is an incompetent individual who has absolutely no business managing a business.

The service he provided was speedy and efficient and above and beyond and honestly the best service I’ve had there in my entirety of dealing with them thanks so much

Still a vibration on a brand new paved road 2 weeks later. Took it to Pomps. Tire was rubbing on upper control arm with marks on the tire. Belle never said anything. Working on resolving the issue.
