- DBDarlyn BlancoSep 23, 20261.0Racist as shit everytime i go in there with a problem on my tire they say theyre full , they say they cant take any customers cause theyre about to close in 2 hours had multiple times where ive been stuck with a flat tire and this place has never helped seen them accept a customer after telling me no so yeah that why i say racist
- BPBen PrimeSep 22, 20261.0Piss poor service. Specifically the gray beard working the counter 9/22/26. The rest of the team is probably great. Made an appointment like I was asked and he didn’t take down my number but instead used my old number in the system. Didn’t perform tire rotation which is understandable. However when I pick my truck up, I just get handed my key. thankfully I asked for a receipt, but was given attitude about that too! On the receipt saw the service was refused or I would have driven home already. Let me walk out without even telling me that no service was performed Some better communication would go a long ways. On top of that, they sold me tires and had no problem installing them on my truck with spacers in 2022. Now "policy has changed" and the so-called free life-time rotations wont be honored. Such BS
- LDLaura DrabikSep 18, 20261.0Standing in a huge line outside almost 8:15 supposed to open at 8:00. First time back to get tires, contemplating calling Discount Tire to see if they can accommodate me today and going back to them. Didn’t want to switch in the first place but someone wanted me to lol… 10 more minutes and I’m out of here.
- JSJoshuah SmithSep 11, 20261.0They took advantage of my elderly father charged him way too much for what he needed done and then they messed with his suspension on his vehicle to try to make him come back I drove his truck a day before he took it in and nothing was wrong with it but now it bounces aggressively when he hits the brakes
