  Whomever is the main manager is overworking a dude named Steven. Guy is venting hard to customers, and manager isn't coming in to relieve him.

  I wish I could honestly give them zero stars I’ve been coming To this location on West Michigan since it opened, they are the slowest crew ever, including all of the managers. I will come in here for one thing and stand in line for almost an hour. It is sickening. These people deserve to lose their job. I don’t understand how I can go five minutes down the road to another AutoZone and be in and out in less than five minutes, but this one cannot take any less than 45. do better it’s been years.

  I'd leave no stars if possible, but I went it for wiper blades, was sold what I thought were right but they gave me the wrong blades and then told me to go to the Berkley store to get help to put them on but they had 2 people in the store and one could have helped. So I went to Buckley and was told one of the blades was broken and one was wrong but Steven K stepped up and helped and I want him to get 5 stars for helping me get them on and fixing the issue. I'll no longer go to the Michigan Ave store!
