Everything was great until I found a trim piece on the floor of my car that was clearly broken. The piece was supposed to be attached behind the rear view mirror.

Excellent! They fixed my pee dot on my window and now I'm safe driving. Excellent customer service and tech.

Arrived early after confirmation with us via phone. Full windshield replacement. Super convenient, we weren’t even home. Kept us informed throughout the entire process and did all the insurance pieces for us as well. Highly recommend.

I had the windshield in my 2009 Toyota Yaris replaced due to lawn maintenance company putting crack in it. The technician, Tyler, was very professional, polite, respectful & overall did an amazing job. I would give 10 stars if I could & recommend him to anyone for glass replacement.

This is the worst windshield replacement I’ve ever had in 60 years of car ownership. I have a 2016 Mazda MX 5 Miata. I filed a claim with my insurance company online. I was surprised that it listed only Safelite. It also didn’t let you schedule a mobile appointment. It did say it would take up to three hours. I had a 10:30 am appointment. At 4:30pm I was told my car was ready but they couldn’t recalibrate the camera. They tried four times but the told me to drive it a few days and come back for a recalibration. I had to sign a waiver which I did. I had all sorts of warning lights flashing. I came back and they said they’d go away with a recalibration. I noticed that my map light no longer worked and neither did my windshield washers. I contacted Progressive who told me that on certain cars after market windshields interfere with the camera. Progressive makes you make a special request for an OEM windshield. It doesn’t say that on their app. Progressive has ordered me an OEM windshield and will let me choose the company. Safelite informed me they don’t do mobile visits for my car. I’m not wasting another half day waiting for a flawed installation. I called Gerber Collision and Glass. They will do a mobile installation I’d run, not walk away from Safelite. I’m not comfortable with their relationship with Progressive. It’s bad for their insureds. I used Safelite on my first replacement on this car and they screwed it. I then used Gerber and it was fine. I used Safelite because they were on Progressive’s app and I’d hoped they improved, my mistake.
