The service technician, David, was great to work with. Called to let me know when he would arrive, did the work, explained what was done, we BS’d for a few minutes than shook hands and that was it.

Benjamin was awesome. Windshield took less time than expected. He was very clear about the process, after care etc. Highly recommend Safelite and if your tech is anything like Benjamin, you're in great hands.
No hassle, a competitor glass repair shop wanted me to remove my light bar on my jeep, which would have been a huge hassle. Safelite said it wasn’t a problem they would take care of everything. Awesome service, professional service and great speedy repair. Would highly recommend.
Scheduled almost a month in advance so I could be here for the appointment before my road-trip across the country just for a no-show and no contact.
Reviewed both of my cameras to see if maybe I just missed them swinging by quickly but nothing. No one in the driveway, no text, no call, no email, zero.
After waiting through the entire 5 hour timeframe I attempted to contact support through their text system. I was placed into the queue so I went on about my day waiting for a text. 4 hours later, still nothing. Attempted to go through the system again and finally got someone. They started helping and got to the point of running my phone number to see if notes were added to my account and never replied to my message, the chat simply ended because "I was no longer there" even though the support person just ran away.
Im a patient person... but a month in advance, a 5 HOUR window that can't honored, and failed support twice is ridiculous. Unless your glass is just absolutely shattered and undrivable, go to your local repair shop and support them.
