Tommy was wonderful today as well! Always recommend! They also check your tire pressure and will top off fluids for free between oil changes!

Today, I was helped by Keith who got all my work done efficiently, I was in an out in under 10 mins, and they even offered me a water as I waited. They are close to my home and my preferred place to go.

They also fixed my car back in 2022 last minute for us. We lived in Grand Rapids at the time and were in town for our wedding. My car broke down the day before our wedding. They had it fixed the day after so we could travel back home!

My son and I were heading to his bike race on Saturday when the brakes I just got replaced started acting up - steering wheel shaking, then smoke coming from the right front side of the vehicle. I quick researched and luckily found Quality Lube just in time and barely got my vehicle there. Jeff was great and helped us out right away - they were slammed busy but they found a slot to work us in, quickly diagnosed the issue (bad caliper replacement) and got us fixed up within 2 hours and back on the road. My vehicle has been driving great ever since! Very professional, great service and good quality work. I highly recommend to anyone needing work done on their car.
