Right when I pulled up, a gentleman gave me a brand new freezing cold bottle of water which I thought was awesome especially on a hot day like this, Also, they were so sweet and so straight up, and they took care of me so well, honestly if I have any other issues, I will be coming back here every time from now on! My tire needed to get plugged, and they totally hooked me up free of charge which was even more amazing . Actually, they just updated me that my tire was so bad. I needed a new one and I am just amazed that all the love they are showing me he was like don’t even worry about it. We’re just gonna take care of you for your charge on the tire which is amazing.. They treated me like family, and as a regional manager of a business, I cannot express how much that means to me because you can’t go anywhere and get taken care of like that these days!!!❤️ I am going through a tough time right now after losing my fiancé ( who was a mechanic) and my sister!I feel truly blessed!Thank you so much you guys!

- MMMichael MacMahonJul 28, 20265.0Have been taking my TJ wrangler and previous Ram here for years. My latest Ram 1500 received an oil change Saturday and Sunday the check engine light came on. Ran to codes through a reader at O’rielly’s and it return something related to the oil. Drove up today to discuss. Great customer service. First question to me was “what would you like to see?” I said the events appeared related. Jeff immediately jumped into offering to recheck everything, which they did. Oddly enough as I pulled the truck into a bay, the light went off. They performed the inspection anyway. Very satisfied, great people who care about their work and the customer.
- MMMattJul 24, 20261.0I recently had my oil changed at this place and the experience was really concerning. The shop was busy, which I understand, but the employee working on my car seemed unsure, even mixing up which bay he was in, and mentioning he doesn’t usually work on that side. That alone made me uneasy. After getting home, I discovered oil leaking onto my driveway. I checked underneath and found that the drain plug was so loose, I could tighten it by hand. I even recorded a video showing how loose it was. As soon as I tightened it, the leak stopped. This kind of mistake is unacceptable and could have caused serious and permanent damage to my engine. I came in for a routine oil change and left worried about catastrophic engine failure. I just hope they take this seriously, so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.
