  Tried booking @ Troy but their site said they had nothing available, so I switch it to this location. The WORST customer service, the worst attitude, and had the audacity to tell me they didn’t have a single car available on the lot when someone just got done washing one of the returned vehicles. Not to mention the 6 that were parked next to the building. I recommend new staff because these kids will put you out of business.

  I had a reservation for 8:00 AM for a full sized car. The person helping me said it would take the 10 - 15 minutes to clean the car. I let them know I had to pick someone up and could not wait, so they brought out a smaller car than I had reserved and the person helping me said the front tire need to be aired up, did I mind stopping some where and doing that? I said I didn't have time for that, did they have another car. The person helping me said he would need to talk to the Manager. Upon talking to the Manager he said I would just have to wait until they could get a car for me.

  My suggestion for this location is if you reserve a rental with them PLEASE make sure you keep calling to ensure you have the rental you reserved. Because I reserved a rental weeks ago, I mean I even called and spoke with a representative at this location and was told my rental was good to go. Well the day before my 7 day trip I received a call from them telling me they don't have the rental type I asked for but to call back on today which is the day I leave to ensure they were able to get the rental back. Well with all that they end up telling me they didn't have what I asked for and it's nothing they can do!!! So, now I have to figure out how I'm going to get a rental the day of my trip when I thought this was figured out. This is bad for business and your customers.

  Booked online the night before, the in-person experience was the easier part. KENNEDY walked me through the process, checking the car, (just back from a maintenance oil change) & took such detailed notes on it that my drop-off point (out of state) was fully informed & went perfectly easy. Her Customer Service WAS TRULY most excellent, she was mostly concerned that I would feel confident on the road with a vehicle that was to my liking and fit my needs. Yes, the trip was fine, no problems, no worries! Enterprise got me in the driver's seat & on my way, smiling for the day. Thanks, Kennedy~ and Chris Rocha in Mentor has now heard about you~ You Rock !!
