    not a great place to rent this location specifically. i went to a new location had no problems. they are also falsifying documents. to get people in loaner vehicles. i never showed anything and micheal still gave me a veh. he lied and said he will input something stating a light bill etc. i didn’t provide this documentation and veh was still given to me. i’m currently working to have him fired he isn’t a good examples for the company. thanks for customer service and my husband.

    Accidentally left a 50 dollar bill in the rental. They prompted returned it to me, very honest location!

    Disappointing, received a vehicle with significant issues, stopped by next day to bring it up but they did not have any other vehicle for me. After the entire rental I brought it up to Enterprise Corporate to resolve, they referred to the location as they are somehow independent. Anyway, I had many good Enterprise Rentals before. Just not with this location.

    Usually enterprise is a no brainer for quality car rentals. Unfortunately my most recent rental experience was awful- rental car was filthy, smelled of smoke and drove like it smelled. I would have never expected the rental to have 70k+ hard rental miles on it! Come on Enterprise you know your customers expect better than this!
