  Contacted this store to replace OEM tires on a 2025 Ram. Store did not have them in stock, but ordered them and said they would be ready for install the next day. Upon arrival, the vehicle was taken back, put on the lift, and I was then advised only ONE of the requested tires had been delivered. Pretty inconvenient, but the individual who identified himself as the store manager was apologetic and upgraded the tires at essentially the same price. Cool....no harm, no foul. After being told the work (including an alignment) was done, I left and immediately recognized the steering wheel had to be held easily 2 inches to the right to hold the vehicle straight. I also noticed that 3 of 4 tires were at 46psi; recommended mfr door tag was 39. (Really??!) Returned. Manager drove the vehicle and acknowledged the alignment problem. Taken back again and "corrected". The alignment tech then apologized and said something about "these new Ram trucks".... etc. Understood....a mistake....no biggie. It's just my time. 🙄 Drove the vehicle home. The following day, I took the truck on a 5 hour road trip. CLEARLY not aligned as I had to hold it left, and if that wasn't maintained the vehicle would drift all the way across the lane. Called Belle Tire. Manager said bring it back; I advised that would be on Monday. Long weekend of driving on what SHOULD have been new tires and a fresh alignment on a two year old truck. On THIRD trip back to the store for what was a simple tire replacement and alignment I returned VERY frustrated and stated that I'd like a tech who can actually complete an alignment properly to do the work this time. I also questioned if the tires had even been balanced, as it did not seem that they had. In front of a room full of waiting customers the manager raised his voice and (attempted) to scold me like a child as if my request for a competent tech was unreasonable, and as if three trips to get an alignment was simply normal in the Belle tire world. Absolutely RIDICULOUS conduct and incompetent service from the moment I walked in the door.

  They were so nice & fixed my flat! At NO charge! I love Belle tire for all our vehicles tire needs & free air hose :) Thanks!! Brown Rd. Auburn Hills, MI really made me smile when my day didn’t start off that way.

  Called to see if they could do alignment on my bagged truck they said if I came in now they could since the more experienced tech was working drive a hour just for them to say they couldn't

  Great experience working with Tom. Very honest and upfront about service times and expectations. Straightforward communication is a breath of fresh air. He’s extremely knowledgeable. Worked with me to set up an appointment time early in the morning. Got a great deal on a set of tires. They had caught a minor alignment issue that they fixed up for a very respectable price and another 10 minutes of wait time. Was in and out slightly over an hour from my appointment time, which felt impressive given how busy they were even though they had just opened for the day. Tom and his team did an excellent job. I like driving pretty sporty, and the improvement from the tires and alignment was immediately noticeable. Great work from everyone. I’ll be back for sure.
