  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Customer Service! I visited Uncle Ed’s Oil Shoppe on Washtenaw this morning, and I have to say, Jimmy made the entire experience stand out. From the moment I arrived, he was professional, welcoming, and focused on making sure every customer was taken care of. Jimmy was working extremely efficiently, moving from one vehicle to another while still giving each customer attention. He even took care of my tires and made sure everything was handled properly. The service was incredibly fast, but what impressed me most was that he never let the workload affect his attitude. He was friendly, joking around with customers, and keeping everyone laughing while he worked. I even heard him downstairs singing along with a song 🎵 — and that man can SING! 😂 He has a marvelous voice and brought such a positive energy into the shop. Jimmy is the kind of employee every business needs. His work ethic, professionalism, speed, and genuine care for customers are definitely worth recognizing. If you're looking for an oil change and want fast service, great customer care, and a positive experience, ask for Jimmy. I would absolutely recommend him! Honestly, if Jimmy ever decided to open his own oil change business, I wouldn't be surprised if he built a very successful operation. Uncle Ed’s has a real asset in Jimmy! 👏🏾🔥

  The quickest and honestly best oil change survive I’ve ever gotten in my life, extremely amazing service from jody and Josh, Jody gave me such good information that I needed to know about my car especially after driving back from Florida helped me flush my engine in less than 20 minutes and gave me an amazing oil change

  Let me tell you what a "Heaven sent" place this is. As a Mom, I don't think i have to tell you about worry.. especially when your kid moves away from the "small" hometown. My daughter's vehicle broke down today in Ann Arbor, everything went, she coasted into Uncle Ed's Oil Change (on a prayer). And the entire team met her with smiles and reassurances that they'd take care of it. Shout out to Jody, Emily, Jimmy and Josh. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! You put my mind at ease! Truly! Turns out it was a surpinetine (sp?) belt. And yeah, they do that too? Wow! Not just oil changes?! They were there for my kid when i couldn't be. Now the rest of this story We just lost "our" Uncle Ed in May. He was a great man, the kind Toby Keith wrote songs about. 🇺🇸 Last night, as usual, I prayed and asked God to look after Kelsey. Today she broke down in front of Uncle Ed's shop. No such thing as coincidence right?. (Yeah, I'm still bawling) Lol I give this place 5 halos 😇

  Was driving, heard a snap, and my power steering was out, my battery light was on, and the engine was overheating. I pulled in here to see if they could give me a hand. I apologized for not needing an oil change and they told me it was okay, and they're help fix it. They helped diagnose the problem (needed a new battery and serpentine belt), and helped me get the parts I needed quickly and affordably, and offered to do the work! Incredibly nice staff, they really helped make sure I was okay and safe. 10 out of five stars, they're awesome. Thank you so much to Jody, Emily, Jimmy, and Joshua!!
