My purchase was a little different since I bought my 2007 Volvo C70 through the Cars & Bids auction they hosted, but the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Before taking delivery, I wanted a few preventative maintenance items completed because of the vehicle’s age. The service department was great to work with, kept me updated throughout the process, and even pointed out a couple of additional items that made sense to address while everything was already apart. I primarily worked with Darin, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was responsive, easy to work with, and made everything simple from start to finish. Even though Sesi Volvo is a longer drive for me, I plan to bring my Volvos here for service in the future. That probably says more than anything else. I would definitely recommend Sesi Volvo to anyone looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about its customers.
