  Mike was very helpful in organizing my service, keeping me informed about progress, and reviewing repair options. I am pleased with the results of the service visit and definitely will return in the future.

  I really like this Volvo service department, every interaction was great. They went out of their way to try resolve my car issues. In addition, I really appreciated the gentleman that periodically stopped by the waiting area asking if anyone needed a ride while their car was in for service

  Easy to make an appointment. I was so happy to have my car washed when I picked it up. Every one was very nice. They looked busy, but I didn’t wait very long. I really liked the video description of everything they saw and what the recommendations were.

  I was very happy with my service experience at Sesi. Everything was communicated clearly from the start, and my issues were taken care of promptly. I was especially impressed with the video taken by the mechanic showing me the entire underside of my vehicle and explaining repairs to be completed. I will continue to bring my Volvo here for all of it's service needs.

  The dealership was difficult to contact and I was often on hold or instructed I would receive a call back. Often the call back would happen when I could not pick up and the cycle began again. The service department was reluctant to provide written estimates, I had to call to receive the estimate over the phone, and call back a second time to ask to receive it in writing. I was told by sales that there is no overhead included in the price of repairs, which if it was true - which it is certainly not - would be a terrible business operating model. The lack of transparency made me take my business elsewhere.
