    Order of operations is wrong, I checked in before somebody that was there for the same thing and they helped them first. Causing me to be hours late to where I needed to be.

    Absolutely awful. Did some work on my car a few days ago, and the car stalled in the middle of the road today when THE AXLE FELL OUT because they put the wrong parts in, and didn't put in the bolts correctly. I got it towed to another shop because Monro wouldn't answer the phone, and they discovered the issue was with the parts that Monro installed were of different sizes on each side, plus a center support was missing and the CV joins were installed incorrectly, causing the entire axel to come off. Fixing will cost thousands of dollars. Their service manager is not answering the phone and not calling back - meanwhile my family is left without a wheelchair accessible car. No way to get to a live person on corporate either except for the people who book the appointments. ---- Update: The person at the counter refused to either reimburse me for the emergency repairs or refund me for their negligent work, but said the general manager would call me. One full week later and I still have not heard from the manager. Nor from corporate despite multiple attempts to contact them, including emails showing the write up from the other shop clearly stating Monro's poor work is what caused the axle to come out. ---- Update 2: Two weeks later, after having to place a State complaint and file a dispute with my credit card, I finally heard back from the shop to say they would refund me. This is a terrible experience and even worse business to deal with. I highly, highly recommend you go somewhere else.

    I need to file a serious complaint regarding the brake service performed on my Mazda 3 2015. Before the brake job, the car did NOT have any suspension or front-end noise issues. Immediately after the brake replacement, the car started making a clicking / clunking noise from the front right side, especially when turning, driving over uneven roads, or small bumps. This issue started right after your service, and I believe something was either damaged, left loose, or improperly installed during the repair. I already tested several conditions: * No noise while turning the steering wheel when parked * No noise when pushing the suspension down while stationary * The noise mainly appears while driving over uneven surfaces Because the problem appeared immediately after the brake work, I expect the vehicle to be properly inspected and repaired at no cost to me. I paid for professional service and instead received a vehicle with a new mechanical issue that did not exist before. I would like: 1. A complete inspection of the front right suspension and brake assembly 2. Verification that all brake components, calipers, brackets, bolts, sway bar links, and surrounding suspension parts were correctly reinstalled and torqued 3. A resolution without additional charges if the issue was caused during the service NOW THE MECHANICS ARE SAYING I NEED A BRAND NEW SUSPENSION I am very disappointed with the quality of the work and I expect this to be taken seriously.
