They do what they can to keep parts cost down. They do phenomenal work, communicate well and the estimations given are accurate to reality. Very nice team, highly recommend. They did great work with my son's Malibu Maxx. Headlights replaced and wiring that was burnt out. Two bent control arms, ball joints, exhaust system and a water pump leak.
They got it done within a week and that is with the wrong parts being delivered and delaying the fix.
Thank You team!!

Can’t recommend these people enough! They diagnosed and problem solved my vehicle right away, and got it done within 2 days. Very reasonably priced, and the nicest people ever! They even gave me a ride home across town when I had to leave my vehicle there. Great service, great people!!

MDP did the pre-purchase inspection and repairs for a vehicle I purchased on Facebook Marketplace. They were professional, knowledgeable and kept in sync with what I was trying to accomplish throughout. I was an out-of-state buyer and so they made the process incredible smooth throughout the inspection, repair and pickup. I went there with the seller and they made sure they stayed true to their customer and represented my interest as the buyer without apology or reserve being fully transparent about the findings after the inspection. The costs of service was reasonable and the staff were friendly. It was a can’t-lose situation. They took anxiety about these kinds of transactions out of the picture from the start.

MDP was fantastic! They always stayed in touch with me about updates and made the entire experience very easy. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. It was the best experience I have ever had for getting my car fixed. Brian kept me in the loop all the time about the fix and James was also very professional and easy to work with. I will definitely take my Acura back to them if I need work done! Thanks to ALL of the MDP staff!!

First and foremost, I’d like to say this should be a one star review, and the only reason it isn’t is because of Brian at the front desk. He was incredibly kind and also offered very helpful suggestions despite having no obligation to do so. Thank you.
I brought my f150 in to diagnose a misfire. The first thing I stated when dropping it off was that the coil packs and spark plugs had been recently changed. I also suggested testing the IMRC (this adjusts the intake as revs increase ) and the VCT solenoids as these are very common problems on my specific f150. Brian told me the diagnosis would cost around $200 which I agreed to. The next day I received a call from Brian again stating that the tech had determined it might be a fuel quality issue. I told him this was unlikely as I have filled up multiple times since the truck began misfiring and I primarily use top tier fuel. When I asked to speak to the tech, Zach, he suggested that the coil packs were the issue. I expressed doubt and asked if he tested either the imrc or the vct solenoids, the diagnostics that I had paid for. Zach told me he had not tested either because it “would take too long and would not be fruitful as these issues will ALWAYS throw a specific code”. This is categorically false. Either issue could easily throw a random misfire as that’s what either issue would cause and if the computer registers the misfire before seeing the cams or intake out of position, then that’s the only code it will throw. Just to add insult to injury I was then quoted about $1700 just to replace all coil packs. The parts to do this are around $400 and it’s a 45 minute process. Absolutely do not go here.
