  They did the Oil change recommended a few little things we weren’t prepared to do them at the time. There was no heavy pressure sales just good workmanship, and good service.

  Overall, I had a good experience. James and Brian were both friendly, professional, and easy to work with. They helped replaced my rear axle seals, and while the repair took a little longer than expected, that was due to a broken bolt they ran into during the job. I was charged a little extra for the additional work, which I felt was reasonable given the situation, even though it delayed the repair by a day. The only reason I’m not giving a perfect review is that I had asked if they could clean the inside of my rims and tire since they were caked with gear oil from the leaking axle seals. They said they would, but they were still pretty dirty when I picked up my truck. Other than that, the repair seems to have been done well, and I’m happy with the work and happy I may have found a place to keep going back to if I ever need it. I’m also waiting on a quote from them for my exhaust manifolds since my Hemi has the typical cold-start tick. Based on my experience so far, I’d definitely consider using them again. Thanks again to James and Brian for taking care of my truck.

  I always know that I will always receive the best possible service when I take my car to Mike and his team at MDP. My most recent visit I called for an oil change. They got me in the next day. Perfect. I showed up at the Ann Arbor location but my appointment was in Jackson. They didn’t bat an eye, they didn’t make me feel like I was inconveniencing them. They just made it happen and were kind.

  I'm so impressed with the service I received here. Their communication is excellent - while they were taking care of my car, I received regular updates on the status of my vehicle, and ETAs on when it would be done. They also did a very thorough service checklist (complete with photos) of my car. When it came time to approve the repair work after they diagnosed my car's issue, they gave me an itemized list of everything that needed to be done, with the costs for all of it. It was a very reasonable price for everything, and there were no surprises - the number they gave me was exactly what I paid when I went to pick up my car. I'll be coming to MDP for all my auto service needs, from now on. Thanks again!
