  Update: Spoke with them this morning and I'll be bringing the car in tomorrow morning for a rebalance. I will make an update tomorrow after I see how it goes. So my tires were unbalanced so I brought my car in after they did a front end alignment and I bought 4 new tires from them. They failed to balance my tires when I bought the tires initially. I just brought the car in last week for a rebalance and they only did the front two tires and didn't touch the rear. They found that the tires were out of balance and rebalanced them however I am now experiencing worse steering wheel shake than before they rebalanced them. I've had them balanced by discount tire before and they did a stellar job. I had zero steering wheel shake after they did them. I would have expected better service from Goodyear seeing as how I bought the tires from them and they costs me well over $500. I'll be taking it back this week to have the tires once again rebalanced. I know it's not my rotors or brakes doing this as I just had all that replaced this weekend.

  Great customer service. Very knowledgeable employees, who do really good work. Recently got two full sets of tires replaced by John and his team. I was very impressed with the turn around time, quality, and pleasantness of the entire experience.

  I'm not sure how the service will be, but their customer service is disturbing. The two employees would hardly talk to us, even when we asked questions about the work we needed. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but I wouldn't return if I could avoid it.
