  Do not reserve here. I saw there low rating and disregarded it big mistake. I was there today booked a car Oct 8 one way drop off to Pa. They just looked at me and said - oh we canceled your reservation. I called the day before to confirm - got an email from that exact location as well. Then the guy just snuggly looked at me and said what do you want me to make you a car appear. They did it to 3 other people while I was there. No I’m sorry or hey let me make a quick call to Detroit airport and get you a car from our office there. And don’t be fooled national and enterprise the same company.

  This place is incompetent. We scheduled for 2:00 but they close at 2 so how are we supposed to grab our rental car? Terrible service. Tried to ask a tall guy worker for help but they said they basically told us to leave cause he was done with work

  I had an amazing experience at this Enterprise location! The gentlemen working there were friendly, polite, and extremely helpful. I was a little particular about the type of car I wanted, but they remained patient and genuinely wanted to make sure I was happy. A special shout-out to the tall gentleman with dark brown hair who helped me initially, as well as the gentleman who checked me back in today. Both were wonderful to talk to and made the entire process easy and pleasant. Honestly, this was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. These guys are a real credit to Enterprise!

  I cannot say enough great things about the customer service I received from Kayla and her team at National and Enterprise! Kayla went above and beyond to personally help me confirm a convertible reservation from September 3rd through September 8th for a very important event I was attending over Labor Day weekend. This wasn't just another rental for me. Having the convertible truly meant a lot, and Kayla understood that. She took the time to help make it happen, and that level of customer service is exactly why I continue to return. I had several reservations with other options available, but I decided to keep my National reservation—even though it cost a little more—because of the excellent service, benefits, and perks that come with renting through National. I rent vehicles frequently and am hoping to complete up to 24 rentals this year. Customer service is extremely important to me, and Kayla and her team consistently provide an outstanding experience. They are professional, responsive, accommodating, and genuinely care about their customers. Thank you again, Kayla, for going above and beyond! Your efforts did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate everything you did for me. I highly recommend Kayla, National, and Enterprise to anyone looking for exceptional customer service.
