  They were very racist and refuse to rent me a car because I wouldn’t provide some sensitive information that I’ve never had to provide at any other location. Manager was very rude as well as the guy working there this AM. Both of them stated they thought I would steal the car purely based on the color of skin. Enterprise should look into this.

  I had a great experience, renting my car from enterprise Ann Arbor Airport. Austin and Justin did a great job helping me find the right vehicle, very knowledgeable and friendly guys.

  Edit: the reply to this review suggested I reach out via the contact form. I was told a regional manager would get in touch with me when I did. They never did. TLDR: go to the location on Jackson Rd, not this one. Way better service and availability. I made a reservation for an SUV at this location to move my stuff across the country. I showed up the evening before I was traveling, a few hours into my reservation window, and was told after I had already travelled to this location that they had given my car away. They had no other cars of any type they could give me. They promised to call me back between 9-10am the next morning and let me know if a car was available. I wound up having to call a friend for a ride home. I then called the main Enterprise customer service line. When I explained my situation, instead of helping me find another vehicle, he argued with me about a reservation not actually meaning they keep a specific car reserved for you during the entire reservation window. (As it turns out, there seems to be nothing on the Enterprise website that states this policy either, there is just fine print that generally says all reservations are subject to availability and can be refused for any reason.) The customer service rep told me, however, that he would submit a ticket with the manager at this location. It is now a week later. I never received a call about availability the next morning. I never received any communication from the location's general manager. I don't blame this location for the unhelpfulness of the corporate customer service, but I do blame them for not calling me when they gave my car away, not calling me the next morning, and not responding to my ticket with the manager. Their mistakes nearly messed up my entire cross-country move. In the end, I wound up searching on my own for availability at nearby locations, and found a car at the Jackson Rd location (where I had a great experience), which I picked up the next morning.
