  I cannot say enough great things about the customer service I received from Kayla and her team at National and Enterprise! Kayla went above and beyond to personally help me confirm a convertible reservation from September 3rd through September 8th for a very important event I was attending over Labor Day weekend. This wasn't just another rental for me. Having the convertible truly meant a lot, and Kayla understood that. She took the time to help make it happen, and that level of customer service is exactly why I continue to return. I had several reservations with other options available, but I decided to keep my National reservation—even though it cost a little more—because of the excellent service, benefits, and perks that come with renting through National. I rent vehicles frequently and am hoping to complete up to 24 rentals this year. Customer service is extremely important to me, and Kayla and her team consistently provide an outstanding experience. They are professional, responsive, accommodating, and genuinely care about their customers. Thank you again, Kayla, for going above and beyond! Your efforts did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciate everything you did for me. I highly recommend Kayla, National, and Enterprise to anyone looking for exceptional customer service.   Everyone I interacted with at the Ann Arbor Airport location including, but not only, Kayla and Liam was helpful and professional. It was fairly busy for a small location but I didn't feel like I had to wait too long and the staff was attentive.

  Simple and professional - I made the reservation on line and picked up the car less than 24 hrs later. The staff member was very friendly and professional. I waited about 15-20 minutes for the car to be ready only because cleaning was taking a bit longer as they were training new staff.

  Enterprise in Ann Arbor is a great representation of the company's attention to detail and customer service. I dealt with Kaylee and TJ and they were fabulous to work with. I highly recommend it the next time you rent a car.
