  I’m giving 5 stars because the Ann Arbor Airport location is great. The personnel are friendly and super helpful. Enterprise’s website needs work however because it lets you reserve a car that is not actually at the location. Thankfully the location was able to procure one. My advice, call the location first to see if the car is ready for pick-up.

  Great people and excellent service! Both pickup and drop-off were near close and I imposed a feeling on myself that it was inconvenient for them. They however were polite, accommodating and did everything possible to relieve me of that guilt. Thank you Enterprise of Airport Dr.

  Eddie and the team at the Ann Arbor Airport Enterprise absolutely live up to the customer service expectations of Enterprise & National! Wider selection of vehicles at this location than the other Enterprise branches in Ann Arbor.

  Rented a mid-size SUV from this location for a trip over spring break and had absolutely no problems. The SUV was well-kept, clean, and dependable during the trip. Kayla C was the branch manager on duty when I dropped the car off after my trip and she was super friendly and efficient. Not to sound too nosy, but while waiting in line I also overheard her on the phone with another customer who had been inconvenienced by something, and she was seriously going above and beyond to rectify the situation and make the customer happy. I would definitely recommend this location to others looking for car rentals. There is a small downside to this location, and that is that it is just a small counter inside a small airport, so there is sometimes a line of customers or a few minute wait for your car to arrive. Just make sure you arrive a bit early to compensate for this.

  I highly recommend Enterprise to anyone looking to rent a car. They were extremely helpful, efficient, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I was able to walk in and quickly get a great deal on an excellent vehicle. I truly appreciate the support and professionalism-definitely a 5-star experience, and I’ll be choosing Enterprise again in the future.
