  Customer service is #1 and their cars support that position. Their people are caring, listen and offer great advice about the best car for your needs. I tried another company, (a mess), and am convinced: No one beats Enterprise! Try them and you'll see for yourself.

  Washtenaw enterprise put my pick up at 5pm and drop off at 5pm same day on a 13 hour drive over charge me and would not correct it like how? I mean if see u made a mistake than let my bank account know it also don’t tell me I book it like that I booked a one way so when I pulled off it was due for return at the same time 13 hour away tho smh instead of just correcting it

  I originally got a car that turned out to have a cigarette smoke odor. They were really nice about switching it out, got a better car at no extra charge. They took the extra time to help me make sure my phone could connect to the car so I could navigate. Thanks to the Ann Arbor Washtenaw enterprise team!
