I’ve rented through Enterprise plenty of times, including at this same location, without any issues. The way I was treated made me feel singled out, and based on the circumstances, I genuinely believe I was racially discriminated against. The experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. On top of that, the cars at this location smelled strongly of cigarettes. I would honestly recommend going to Hertz or another rental company. You will regret renting from this location.

I’ve rented through Enterprise plenty of times, including at the same locations, using the same driver’s license, and I’ve never had an issue. This time, I was suddenly told I couldn’t rent a vehicle because there was a small piece missing from the corner of my license. The damage is minor, and all of my information is clearly visible on both the front and back. I’ve used this exact ID at the same locations multiple times without anyone ever saying anything about it. What made the situation even more frustrating was the way I was treated from the moment I walked in. and it genuinely felt like they did not want to rent to me. When I explained the situation to other people afterward, they were shocked and said there had to be another reason because the explanation I was given didn’t seem to make sense. I’m not claiming to know exactly why I was refused, but based on the way I was treated and the fact that I’ve rented from Enterprise before with the same license, I can’t help but feel like I was discriminated against.
