    Terrible corporate in general they let you book online showing bunch of available cars and then you uber here thinking everything is ready and then nope no cars available and they tell you they have no cars and that they are sorry for the inconvenience that’s all! All the money and time spent and planing the grain but they are sorry 👍

    Do not use. Nickled and dimed us out of our u of M alumni discount. Said they didn't recognize it even though we signed up through the alumni website. The guy setting up the car for me asked for my employer 3 times and was kinda all around a bit rude. Ran my card once but I didn't transfer enough was a dollar short and wouldn't run the card again so I was told I had to use a different card… said it was company policy… not a friendly about it. Then dropped the car off on Saturday past noon so they charged me till Monday. Which I kinda get but doesn't add any positives to the experience.
