  Thank you Louie and team, you have a amazing team and do great work. My mom's car have never ran so well after the tires were balanced, rotated and the alignment was done properly. They have an amazing alignment tech currently, as of 7/1/26.

  I recently had a set of new tires installed. When I got the vehicle back and started it in the parking lot, the TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) warning light immediately appeared. The warning light haven’t been on before the tire service. I went back into the shop right away and asked about it. I was told that this was normal after a tire change and that the warning should go away after driving for 10–20 minutes. I followed that advice, but the warning light remained on. I later returned to the shop for an inspection. After checking the system, I was told that 3 of the 4 TPMS sensors were not communicating with the vehicle. When I asked about the cause, I was told that sometimes TPMS sensor batteries simply fail. However, I found that explanation difficult to accept given the timing. The TPMS system was working normally before the tire installation, and the warning light appeared immediately after the service. It seems like a remarkable coincidence that three previously functioning sensors would all fail at the same time immediately following a tire change. To be clear, I do not yet know the actual cause of the problem. I am now paying for an independent diagnostic inspection at a Mazda dealership to determine whether this is a sensor failure, a programming issue, or damage related to the tire service. I am sharing this experience because I was disappointed with how the issue was handled and with the lack of a clear explanation or resolution. I will update this review once I receive the dealership's diagnosis.

  A very bad experience, they do not stick to schedules. Especially Aaron —he is absolutely terrible.

  I have been going to Belle Tire on Washtenaw for years now. They are my go to for everything because I can trust them & they have always taken good care of me & my Jeeps. I had the pleasure of meeting & working with Eric, the manager, this most recent time & he was wonderful! He was a pleasure to interact with, kept me informed, & I was back on the road in no time. I have had nothing but positive experiences & great care over the past almost two decades now, and I cannot recommend them enough!

  Easy, calm and professional: I appreciate being able to (mostly) roll up right before cut off and have two tires replaced in a timely fashion. Josh is excellent, and my car is rolling better than ever. I'm glad I chose to stop in.
