Came in the same day I called for a small chip. They pulled my car back right away and it took no more than 10-15 minutes max. Quick, easy, and efficient! Recommend them as this was my second repair done by them. Been a few weeks and it’s held up great!

The service at A2 autoglass is truly excellent. The receptionists do a remarkable job (as in days of yore) of answering the phone quickly, dealing with questions and coverage in real time and advocating for the customer. I brought my car in for a large chip in the windshield. Cindy had someone look at it right away and then worked on ordering the specific OEM windshield for my Honda and was able to get this covered. We've taken several cars there in the past with them repairing small chips while we waited, although one needed a full replacement windshield as well. The workmanship has been excellent. Would definitely use again.

Renee and the team were amazing. Treated me very well and were so kind. I called in the morning and had my passenger rear power window replaced in the afternoon in about an hour. Really grateful for the awesome service!

I drove into the office on wagner to get a quote for windshield replacement...bumby michigan roads and gravel hauler definitely put your glass at risk. Anyhow, the lady furthest from the entrance was also having an off day and seemed overwhelmed. I gave her my information and then stated that if it would be easier for her to get back to me with a phone call and leave me a quote (I thought it might help the situation) she was a bit dismissive, but I left, after I gave her all the information and talked to my auto insurance provider to compare out of pocket vs insurance claim. She called back that afternoon, and then made a comment I couldn't clearly make out, and just hung up. That was my voicemail message. No quote and no follow up call. I have used this company before on two other vehicles I own, so I do have some history as I always try to commit to local companies rather than big companies like Safelite, but called them and was pleasantly surprised the lady walked me through the process picked up the claim that I started with A2 Glass and my insurance provider and scheduled a replacement date. I received a message that I am two stops away from them coming to my home and replacing my windshield. So, I wanted to say thanks to the lady that push me away and never followed up....gotta go...Safelite just pulled in. Abel Nieto I live off miller and wagner I do not know anyone that works at A2 Glass.
