  You are in great hands with Rene from day 1! She was professional, courteous and a joy to work with on my glass repair. I had many questions and she was prompt with all of the follow up with my options and working with insurance. She is a ray of sunshine! I also loved the fact they were able to fix it in one day.

  Got a chip on the windshield and my wife took the car to A2 Auto Glass and they were able to patch it up within 25-30 mins. Almost a year later, another chip from occurred from our lovely Michigan highways and I took the car today as a walk in was repaired within 25 mins. They even double checked the old chip and added to it to help at no extra charge! Nice staff and great experience! I recommend A2 Auto Glass!

  I walked in and waited to be helped. I had a small chip on my windshield. I was ignored. Stood there for a good amount of time, and the ladies at their desks didn’t look away from their screens to help me, or even just tell me to have a seat and I’ll be helped shortly. They were sitting silently across from I guess customers. I said “hi” but they kept on typing. I was just ignored, some other guy was waiting in a seat and he shrugged at me like “I don’t know, I guess we just wait” I wasn’t told to wait or sit or anything I was confused. So I went down the road to Glass Doctor on Jackson. They helped out, and did a great job. I don’t want to leave a 1 star since they didn’t end up servicing me… maybe their work is 5 star… but their customer service was 1 star sadly.

  My experience with A2 Autoglass was excellent. They immediately assessed my windshield issue and provided honest recommendation to repair - not an upsell. They then fixed the windshield in about 15 minutes. A great overall experience.

  I had a small chip on the passenger side that they were able to fix. They charge a fixed price for chips if they are relatively small. Since it was on the passenger side and did not interfere with the drivers’ vision, they could fix it. No appointments needed. First walk-ins are available at 8:30 AM. It took 15 minutes. Very pleasant staff.
