- ALAmanda Lamfers1 day ago1.0Very disappointed with this location. Paid for the $10 car wash. Every other location that I have been to includes vacuums and mat cleaners, NOT this one.....Having to pay an extra $7 for 10 min of vacuums and a mat wash is ridiculous! It should be advertised that they are not included at this location before paying for a wash. The car wash was also the roughest car wash I have ever been to, and the wash itself was subpar. I will not return to a Tommys carwash after this experience.
- XPXuyen PhanOct 16, 20261.0Turning on a vacuum is a huge issue. You need to use the app to find the place location and you need to know the vacuum number to turn it on. I pay for simplicity not complexity to be able to turn on the vacuum. Not easy to fumble to the app to find the vacuum option. Stay away from this place.
