  i used to love this place. :( used to be met with kind and knowledgeable people who are just doing their job the best they can. not anymore. i went to receive a routine oil change as it has been 6 entire months since i received my last one. i was told i should wait until i drive at least 4,000 more miles before i can get my oil changed again. i explained that with my driving habits that means they would not see me until April 2027. i said im not comfortable waiting that long, and i typically go based on how long it's been since my last service instead since i drive so little. the man told me he knows way more than me, that he knows his way around a car and i don't have to come back until i hit the recommended miles. i asked if they would at least check the oil since im already there and he said "i was TRYING to get to that". okay..... go ahead. so he shows me the dipstick and immediately starts talking over me that he was right and everything is fine. so i reiterated, very specifically "are you actually telling me that there is no situation where i will be able to come back and get an oil change until i drive 4,000 more miles from what you have reported from last year?" he said yes, that's exactly what he is saying, and asked if i wanted any fluids topped off. i said no. i was not comfortable in there anymore, and definitely not comfortable with him in particular. he started to close the hood of my car and then said "so we will see you before july for your next service." and i said "why? you just told me the opposite. i will definitely not drive 4,000 more miles by then" and he said "well that's just when my computer says you have to come back for your service." i asked, "does it really make a difference between doing it now or in a month? there is only more month before july" and he said "well your service isn't due and it could mess with the sensor" i told him it's a used car, and i don't even know if the sensor is working. i've never replaced it or had it tested and it says 80% oil life every single day, so it's probably not accurate. he just argued with me that i should just wait until the miles and wait for the sensor to tell me to get an oil change. i asked if the sensor working was more important than my engine working and he just laughed. i left. i immediately called 2 mechanics and another oil change shop after leaving your store today and they all told me that everything your service provider said was completely false and incredibly unsafe advice. you should be ashamed.

  I called them and they were very friendly. I sent my younger daughter in for the repair and they were very respectful of her.
