  Jason D = EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Jason is very knowledgeable & really tried to get us the remanufactured pricing for our starter, just amazing customer service! They could not find the remanufactired starter that we stopped for & Jason went into immediate proactive client care going above & beyond for us!! Very impressed with the level of care!! Thank You, Jason!!

  Walked into store carrying battery followed by another customer. Clerk asked if I needed help to which I responded that I wanted to test the battery. He then turned to help the next person which turned out to be a buddy. I had to ask where I go or where I put the battery. He said you can put it on this counter and then proceeded to try and test it while also helping his buddy. At one point made the comment that he hated doing this and was more focused on the other guy. Once the test said the battery was bad I walked over to view the new ones, he never followed but eventually sent over a different employee who turned out to be helpful. If that batteries aren't his are of expertise that if fine. Tell me he will get someone else to help and I'll gladly wait. I will gladly go elsewhere for customer service, the $10 coupon I was using isn't worth being set aside at the store.
