- JGjeff gagnonSep 14, 20261.0Allen park is bad they said they fixed my truck left parts off and inside the cad grease all over the seat 2 check engine lights came on in 1 day after picking it up. Had my truck for over a month
- BBBrandonJul 11, 20261.0Cameron from the Allen Park location on the day of my reservation said I need a $2000 cashier check (even though I put a credit card on file the day before with corporate) on a Saturday morning when trying to pick up and when I questioned it, he said I was threatening him, I wasn’t even getting loud or mean I was asking to talk to a manager because this was definitely going to ruin all of my plans, I was just asking questions. It’s like this guy had a built-in default to where he knew He didn’t have to help me and nobody would do anything about it.this is the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. He said it was a corporate decision and hung up on me. Because of this associate, I will never consider using Penske ever again. Retrain your people in customer service and have a manager available during business hours. Someone from Penske needs to seriously investigate how Cameron does his job he is damaging your business. He may not have been responsible for making a deposit a requirement, but His customer service skills and de-escalation skills will forever keep me away from your business.
