  I rented from the Adrian Michigan office from Enterprise. They were absolutely amazing. The customer service was phenomenal and I’m a customer service expert. They made sure I had a vehicle…. When I needed it while my truck was getting repaired. The communication was great. Sam and Noah. I was going through a hard time and you made this car rental so easy. And fun. My Grandson’s really enjoyed the Bright red jeep while we had it!,,Thank you. 5 stars from me!,,,

  Enterprise Rent-A-Car of Adrian, Michigan offered a good experience. Vehicle was clean and prepped for the trip. Personnel were friendly and helpful. Will use them again.

  Never rent a vehicle from enterprise without calling a specific branch and checking they have one. The people that you talk to on the phone have no idea if a branch has a vehicle for you, but will make the reservation anyway. Their system is ridiculous and very frustrating! I spent hours yesterday waiting for a supervisor to call because the person on the phone said since I had a reservation at one branch they needed to see how to handle it to switch it to another and they would have a supervisor call me. When they told me that, I had verified with the Jackson branch they had a vehicle for me. But since I waited 3 hours for a supervisor to call (which I never asked for and they never called anyway) the vehicle was gone by the time I called back to find out what was going on. The last person I talked to on the main line when I called back promised me they still had a vehicle at Jackson, and set up another reservation for me. I asked at that point to talk to a supervisor and she refused to get one.
