    Noah was extremely unhelpful on the phone. I booked a rental car for six days in advance and he calls to tell me that he won’t have anything after I’ve already made the plans. When speaking with him, he told me I could go to Jackson or Ann Arbor and pick up a car. That is about 45 minutes for me. I asked what he was going to do to accommodate this issue and he said, nothing. You’re gonna have to figure it out yourself and book with another company. Needless to say, I will never go through enterprise. If you feel like wasting your time, making an appointment, go ahead and book with them, but they’ll probably just call you and tell you they don’t have it anyway. Unhelpful!!!

    I rented from the Adrian Michigan office from Enterprise. They were absolutely amazing. The customer service was phenomenal and I’m a customer service expert. They made sure I had a vehicle…. When I needed it while my truck was getting repaired. The communication was great. Sam and Noah. I was going through a hard time and you made this car rental so easy. And fun. My Grandson’s really enjoyed the Bright red jeep while we had it!,,Thank you. 5 stars from me!,,,
