Brad and James took great care of explaining their process for fleet billing and the technician took care of the work in an acceptable time frame. I also witnessed them treating other customers with care and honesty.

Call to figure out what's going on... they don't have the part in stock as I was originally told they did. Was then given roughly another hour to complete the work once the part came back... 2 hours later and I've yet to hear from anyone. Also calling is not an option because the phone just rings and rings and rings 😡😤😡 Never again. I've missed another appointment and was unable to pick my 8yr old child up from school! Thus far all I can say is sheer disgraceful, unprofessional, stale severe lack of guest service.
