Waited 2 1/2 hours and the rotation never was done. I know because I marked the front drivers side tire with a small X. This store cannot be trusted.

Called and was told that a tire was in stock when we got there they said there wasn’t a tire and we could order the next price up. To order the tire we would have to pay $20 more. I ordered the tire online without paying extra. I had a 430 appointment and was promised free tire rotation and front end inspection but they wouldn’t wouldn’t do that due to it being late in the day and a problem with the lugnuts when they themselves replaced the other tires 2.5 weeks ago. Told me to come back in another day when it’s earlier for that, how does that help with a lugnut issue? Liars. If you walk in and see Katie working, walk out and go across the street to discount tire.
