- MHMeg HopkinsMay 7, 20261.0Quoted 2 hours worth of work. 6 hours later I still have yet to hear from the shop. Call to figure out what's going on... they don't have the part in stock as I was originally told they did. Was then given roughly another hour to complete the work once the part came back... 2 hours later and I've yet to hear from anyone. Also calling is not an option because the phone just rings and rings and rings 😡😤😡 Never again. I've missed another appointment and was unable to pick my 8yr old child up from school! Thus far all I can say is sheer disgraceful, unprofessional, stale severe lack of guest service.

Just a horrible way to talk to and treat a potential customer. Trying to give his assessment of my car/ tires from inside the building. No thank you. I told him I don't want him near my vehicle. You just lost a potential customer.
