Great group here. Tire Warehouse is the best deal, especially if you deliver tires from a site like tirerack and have them install. I am doing this every time no question.

Went to get an oil change and a brake light switch + stopper put in. Charged me $130 for an oil change, charged me for lube without my consent and my car doesn’t even have internal mechanical gaskets, THERE IS NOTHING TO LUBE. The whole job for oil change and a brake light switch/stopper (which i supplied the shop with and informed the brake light stopper i supplied them with was ill-fitting and needed a new one) totaled $400. After I drove my car home from the shop my brakes were extremely tight and started smoking. I can no longer drive my car and have to get it fixed once again. I tried calling for some questions and a refund on the unknown extra charges and the manager, Chris, said to me on the phone “my shop is so full today and here I am on the phone with you”—like thanks sir you’re literally the manager and the one who fixed my car, i’d go there in person but my car can’t be driven right now :/ Such a horrible experience all around, no accountability, no refund yet, pushy and quick to shut down any genuine questions or concerns, and wouldn’t own up to not fixing my car correctly saying it’s an “underlying issue” with my car. My brakes have never ever smoked before. Do not go to this shop, they’re not trustworthy and will overcharge you for a bad job. And in reference to the photo of my bill, I was charged twice for a shop supply fee at the bottom. I asked the manager about this, as I had supplied my own parts and was confused why I had that fee. He proceeded to tell me it was for oil disposal and blamed it on the government. So then I questioned him about charging me $130 for an oil change then? Then he finally back-tracked and said he will take off the extra fees just this once… yeah ok. Still waiting for a refund on that one. In addition, they charge you $210 upfront and give you the itemized bill after your car is done. I asked for an itemized bill at the beginning and he said I’d get it at the end. When you get the bill at the end, you’ve already signed off, saying you consent to any additional charges, which is such crap. If the estimate I saw was $210, it should have been $210 or they should have informed me of what extra charges they’d be doing. Like he knew I was doing an oil change, why were those charges not on the work up that I signed off on???
