  Figuring we'd likely drive about 2,000 miles (from our home in southeastern PA) during our vacation, we had a brand new set of Bridgestone's installed. We were travelling from Portland to Sebago Lake to visit friends when we noticed a repetitive banging noise. We stopped and found a small hex wrench (crazy, right) that had punctured the left rear tire. Friday afternoon, 4:30...we weren't hopeful. And since we're from out of town, we didn't know how many options we might have had that late in the day. Sullivan's at 851 Roosevelt Trail in Windam seemed to be the closest so we called to see (fingers crossed) if they could help us. Paul couldn't have been more gracious; he said they close at 6pm, but to bring the car in and he would see what they could do. We arrived around 5pm and although the bays were full, he brought our car right in, and after inspection, told us he could patch the tire. We were so grateful to him and the team for their help. They were professional and courteous, and weren't bothered at all by our request close to closing time. If we were Maine residents (which we wish we were!) Paul & his team would be our go-to service center. He charged us a very reasonable fee and got us on our way. Our remaining vacation was trouble free. Again, thank you Paul & team for an exceptional service experience. We are very thankful that out of all the possible service centers that came up on our Google search, your location was the one we chose.

  Making daily trips to Boston children’s hospital and the maintenance light came on. The crew was able to put my mind at ease and offered to top the oil off right at closing time for the shop. We always have our vehicle serviced here but this is another reminder on why. Thank you Windham Sullivan tire!

  I can’t say enough good things about Sullivan Tire in Windham, Maine! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a tire blowout on my way from Massachusetts to Maine for vacation, and I was worried about how it was going to derail our trip. I called Sullivan Tire and was told they would do their best to fit me in sometime the next day. I dropped my truck off when they opened, and they had it ready the same day! The crew even stayed late to finish the work so I could enjoy the rest of my vacation. But what really impressed me was what happened when I went to leave. I noticed the TPMS wasn’t reading correctly. The crew had already finished for the day and were literally sitting in their cars getting ready to leave — but they got back out of their cars, came back inside, and fixed the issue for me. That kind of customer service is hard to find these days. They could have easily said, “Come back tomorrow,” but instead they took the extra time to make sure everything was right and that I could safely continue my vacation. Thank you to the entire Sullivan Tire crew! You turned what could have been a huge vacation headache into a minor inconvenience. I’m incredibly grateful for your kindness, professionalism, and willingness to go above and beyond. Highly recommend! ❤️👏
