Purchased a left over 2025 Keystone Passport in May of 2026. Salesman (Gage Young) was knowledgeable and super friendly while helping us select the right camper. Gm was easy to close the deal with and got us on our way in short order. Overall experience was GREAT!! The only reason I did not give 5 stars was, there is an outdoor kitchen with a slide out grill and the propane line was missing a fitting so we could not use the grill until we get one. Have called 3 times and still no part, it has been 3 months and is a little disappointing because we have already used the camper 3 times and unable to use the grill.

I recently purchased a pop up camper from camper world. In order to be able to tow it, work needed to be done on my vehicle. In order to do the work they had to remove the engine cover. When I got home and lifted the hood, I was surprised to see the engine cover was missing. I called right away and spoke to someone who said service was closed for the day but he would be in at 9:00am to see where my part is. 10:45, no phone call. Called again and was told service was not answering so I had to leave a message. 1:45 still no call. I called and asked to speak to service manager, he was not available. Had to leave a message again. If I didn’t live so far away from there I would just go back. Seems like a simple question - do they still have my engine cover or not? Beyond frustrated

We are not from the area and found ourselves in need of help. The service department was incredible to work with. Britanee offered excellent communication and above everything, actually cared. The techs offered to the point insight on repairs. Really appreciate the team at this location for their professionalism.

I am so in love with my new camper. I bought a Travato 59k. I did not purchase from camping world however.last week I was trying to pick out a van camper and went to Windham Camping World. Austin showed me around and helped me find the one I loved. He was a great help and pleasant to deal with.For the next 4 days I called and left messages with your finance team trying to get a few questions answered about credit rates and the option of paying cash. No one would call back so I decided to go to Webbs RV. Within 5 minutes I owned my new camper. My experience with Camping World was very frustrating and disappointing.
