Jacob was very thoughtful to call us the morning that we started our rental week to tell us that he was eliminating the nominal daily charge above what the insurance company would cover, because he was apologizing for having missed meeting us on the first morning of our rental...

These folks are so pleasant and easy to work with (MUCH better than the UHaul on Marginal Way).

Helpful & accommodating- was able to rent a truck last minute after realizing rentals in the entire region were booked due to back to school demands. Over the phone, corporate said we'd be able to rent one way & return at another location - which turned out to be incorrect. The inventory here needs to be returned to this location (at least for box truck rentals). The gentleman here helped relieve some logistics of our return, very flexible. Little things like that, while moving - he just made an already stressful situation a little easier. Polite & patient with my mother checking out as well. Thank you!

The personal service was above and beyond! The truck that I rented was much better on gas than I expected and extremely comfortable! Thank you.
