  Helpful & accommodating- was able to rent a truck last minute after realizing rentals in the entire region were booked due to back to school demands. Over the phone, corporate said we'd be able to rent one way & return at another location - which turned out to be incorrect. The inventory here needs to be returned to this location (at least for box truck rentals). The gentleman here helped relieve some logistics of our return, very flexible. Little things like that, while moving - he just made an already stressful situation a little easier. Polite & patient with my mother checking out as well. Thank you!

  I found myself in Portland and in a bind looking for a rental car last minute. All of the companies at the airport were out of stock and the cheapest Turo was going to be astronomical in price. We found ourselves here at the truck rental. We got a GMC Sierra for a few days and it was nice, clean, and very comfortable. Honestly… working with Rohullah and the staff turned a stressful situation into a real joy. I’m impressed.
