  I had to call around 5 times to get them to understand they have a set of tires I want because somehow nobody there knows how to use a computer, then I get there and they get behind a hour some how and made me wait and then the guy checking me in and out was coughing his lungs out in my face the entire time too, then I went to leave and my seats and doors were covered in dirt and mud. So all in all I would not recommend.

  Had the new tires we bought changed over. The staff are courteous, the waiting facility is clean, and you can call and get an appointment the same day.

  There still are good, friendly, people and good businesses around. I had a wonderful experience at Tire Warehouse in Waterville today. While driving around in the pouring rain running errands, my tire pressure warning light came on. The pressure dropped from 35 PSI to 28, then to 27. Since I'm new to the area, I pulled over and searched for a nearby tire repair shop. I called Tire Warehouse, and they told me to come right in—they would squeeze me into their schedule. It took less time than I expected for them to assess the tire. They discovered that the air valve was leaking and needed to be replaced. When they called me over to let me know the car was ready, I was pleasantly surprised to learn they had replaced the valve at no charge. Excellent customer service, especially for a first-time customer. I will definitely be returning to Tire Warehouse in Waterville, Maine, and highly recommend them to anyone needing tire service.
