  Called me at 8am the day AFTER I already booked and reserved my car. Waterville location very unprofessional and left me stranded with no other option but to “reserve it for next week”. Thanks for nothing.

  Amazing people! Kind and helpful. The vehicle was great. I couldn't be more pleased. If I ever need another vehicle Enterprise will be the only place I go. Thank you

  A BAD Experience... I added a rental car to do my part in paying the tolls for Enterprise through my EZ Pass and a year later it has been charging MY Account even with no windshield tag. Solely based on the their license plate just because I failed to remove it from my account. Enterprise did not want to help me and understood I am paying for the tolls of another customer of theirs traveling out of state $300+ dollars later. No empathy for the customer. Disappointed

  Used this location due to an insurance claim on my regular vehicle. Process was smooth and the Team was helpful. Great customer service.

  Griffin was incredibly accommodating, understanding, and provided outstanding customer service throughout my entire experience. Any questions I had were answered thoroughly, and it was clear that he was knowledgeable about both the company and the vehicles. I rented a RAV4 for two weeks and ended up extending my rental twice because I enjoyed it so much. The excellent rate I received on the vehicle made that decision even easier. The only issue I encountered was contacting the Waterville location directly. When I called the number provided, I was routed to a call center and was unable to speak with Griffin. Although Griffin contacted me immediately once he received my message, the message was unfortunately delayed by about a week and a half through the call center process. This was completely outside of Griffin’s control, but improving communication between the call center and local staff would make the experience even better. Overall, I had a great experience and would gladly rent from this location again.
