  Good personal, organized method of providing the services needed, written report and quick accept or deny of service options. Was able to adapt to the new system though it was a surprise as I had not encountered this method before. Everything seems to be in good order after service.

  Tanner is fabulous! I called on a Monday and purchased by Wednesday. He made the process SO easy, he welcomed my little 6-month-old puppy in which made the deal even sweeter! Tanner deserves the biggest round of applause for his upbeat, go-getter attitude. Tanner is my forever Toyota guy!

  I will never use Central Maine Toyota again. I will not provided a favorable recommendation for Central Maine Toyota. I will communicate in detail the incompetence from the service technicians, the lack of empathy, the lack of concern for inconvenience endured for three days for this +$3400 service. I live 1:30 minutes away. Originally, I had to scheduled an overnight stay to accommodate a full day of service with the understanding that I would drop off the vehicle the evening prior with a scheduled pick up the following day at 5:30pm. Because of the Service Center lack of efficiency none of the prior month scheduled work was started till mid morning ( they had no clue what work needed to be done till I provided the previously emailed documents) and false affirmation that the additional suggested services ( front/rear brake replacement) could be completed on the same day which caused an additional overnight stay and lack of transportation me. Lack of empathy when pointing out my predicament. It was a "well, the work will not be done till mid morning on the next day. You can pick up your vehicle then" Not a care that i had to stay overnight for this unplanned event with no transportation. They finally suggested the availability of their courtesy shuttle for pick up if I was within their designated milage area. I was trapped. Everyone I spoke to was unsympathetic. Horrible experience. Never again! Be ware. On the plus side, the service was completed.

  I knew I wanted to trade in my RAV4 for a new Tacoma. I had spent days looking online at different dealers in my area. When I finally settled on the truck I wanted, I called Central Maine Toyota and spoke with Blake. I told him the truck I was looking at and he had it pulled around front for me when I arrived. That alone showed great customer service. We went for a quick test drive, and shortly after returning the team at Central Maine had worked up a trade in offer, which was right in the trade in range of KBB. After that it just came down to the numbers. They searched multiple creditors to find me the lowest interest rate. I drove away that day with the exact truck I wanted. I did forget a couple items in my old Rav. I mentioned a med bag, but Blake searched the whole vehicle and found a letter from my grandmother that passed away a few years ago. He made sure I got it back. Talk about FIVE STAR customer service!!! Thank you Blake!
