  Flew from out of state to purchase a vehicle. While there they said they would take care of TTL on our behalf so we don’t have to do it here in Texas. Paid the fees etc. It has now been a month since my temporary plates have expired. No tags, no LP. I’ve contacted the title office who they use and it is all on the dealership not doing their job. They won’t even call the title office back to understand what they need to do. I can’t even get the general manager on the phone. I’ve left several messages for all of them. I have never seen such a lazy unprofessional business. My next step from what I’m being told is to take them to court.

  I visited here for a recall service appointment on my Chevy spark. They were able to accomodate me having to leave the state last minute and work out a new date for my appointment, which I appreciated a lot. As soon as I pulled into the service bay, they were with me immediately, and in only 5 minutes all the paperwork was reviewed and I was already sitting in the waiting room. I found the gentlemen working in the service department to be very personable and felt I could trust them with my car. The service was quick and it seems like a job well done. If you have a recall appointment you've been putting off for way too long like I did, just call them up and get it done already! I hope you have a quick and easy experience like I did.

  Jake L. At the Chrysler dealership is outstanding. He was able to find the truck and all the features and color we wanted and had it on site within two days. They even got a better deal on pricing. He was not pushy, he took his time, and he exceeded all of our expectations. We will happily continue to work with him for future sales and recommend him to all our friends and family.   Hidden expenses in the financing contract, unwilling to negotiate on brake rotors that were pitted (not just surface rust like the sales people said) unable to repair a simple cigarette burn in the back seat, unwilling to do anything. We all know there is a profit margin/ wiggle room on the pricing, but not here. Finally, there was no notification that we needed to switch over the insurance before driving it off their lot. Although they made sure all the paperwork was signed before telling us that. ( Insurance companies cover new purchases for the first day without any notice .) It took 2 1/2 hours to get the paperwork done too. I recently bought a new truck at Charlies, the entire process took 1.5 hours, test ride to ownership. Don't bother with this dealership, the no doc fees is not worth the trip for the substandard service. They made it painful , just getting through it. A dissatisfied customer for sure.
