  Brought car in for AC issue. Left for almost 3h and came back to find they never ran any diagnostics on it at all (hooking it to AC tester took 2.5h to cycle). Was told nothing wrong. Turned it on and showed them it was blowing warm, so then had to leave it over night for them to do the testing. Got it diagnosed, but they can’t fix and have to bring to Subaru dealership. Essentially paid $500 for an oil change and wasted an entire day to bring it to where I bought an extended warranty through… and then had to explain how to sublet the repair to them bc they didn’t know.

  New snow tires were put on my winter wheels so I am ready for winter. Old tires which had half tread life were put in my husbands truck with new balanced tires so he could bring them home and store until time to put them on my RAV4. Thank you Central Maine Motors team.

  Our vehicle broke down on the interstate and was towed to Central Maine Chevrolet. They drove us to get a rental but by the time we got back to the dealership to take some belongings out of our vehicle, they had already diagnosed the problem and had parts in stock to make the repair. We were soon back on the road and they even returned the rental for us. The staff was welcoming and helpful.

  I had great service when I brought my car in for oil change and tire rotation, they even fixed my recall. Such a nice ,friendly, bunch of people that work there, would recommend them to everyone!!! Thank you central maine Chevrolet

  On our vacation in Maine our Chevrolet Blazer stopped running and was towed to this dealership. From the moment we arrived we were treated promptly and thoroughly. Communication was excellent with Gail and she kept us informed of diagnosis, parts ordered and repair timeline. Excellent job and we would highly recommend Central Maine Chevrolet and Gail as service manager.
