  One of the worst dealership experiences I've had thus far! Not only did they mess up my service and charge me extra. The service rep was extremely disrespectful, making jokes when I picked up my truck saying oh, you're the truck with the surprise $800 bill. She also took a phone call while trying to help me checkout. I had plans on having my RAV4 serviced with their sister dealership, but I've canceled that appointment and will use Charlie's of Augusta. And my truck will now go to O'Connors.

  I went a little bit early for my appt. Was able to go right in and the job was done was done quickly. It took less time than was expected. Everybody I had contact with was very courteous.

  I showed up for my appointment. I was greeted by Cody Cheviot. He asked me my name. He said he talked with my partner about my truck. I showed the pictures of my engine light and what was saying when I trying to accelerate while passing vehicles. He was great, well mannered. He understood my Frustration. He showed me where I could wait so that they can work on my car. When it was done, he had told me that my oil was low and this could be the cause of what was going on. So they Did an oil change for me?. When I got my truck, everything seemed fine. I drove at home with no issue and I had no issue passing anybody. I really hope that was the problem. I am going to track my oil usage. Cody said oil disintegrates overtime if not driven routinely I’ve never heard of that but I’m not a mechanic. So I’ll be keeping an eye on my truck. I was grateful I had a good experience thank you.

  Brought my car in for state inspection sticker, oil change and tire rotation. Everyone was very friendly and nice, and the service took just under an hour. No complaints.

  Great place to buy a vehicle or even have repairs and maintenance done Traded in my vehicle for a brand new one and Josiah saved me a ton of money in the long run financing was the easiest it has ever been for me with their financing department as well if your looking for the best deal in maine this is the place to go for sure and if they would allow me to I’d give the dealership thirty stars
