Took me early for my appointment. Quick and excellent service. I have been using Central Maine Motors for buying and serving my vehicles for years. Highly recommended.

Appointment was easy to make and the service people was able to get my vehicle in early. The part was in stock and replaced in a short period of time.

I appreciated the friendly service at the counter. Having a video sent by the technician is outstanding! Thank you very much, Chris

The absolute worst service department i have ever dealt with. All you get is voucemails and cant get anyone on the telephone. The work done on vehicles is half ass and lazy.. I bought a vehicle less then 30 days ago and it has spent more time with them then myself. Very disappointed. They claim they check things but that clearly isnt the case. Totally unacceptable....Beware.....

Cody did a great job of handling my service needs. My truck broke down on Saturday. Called the shop. Cody gave me the phone number for the GM emergency road service. They had a car carrier too my home in two hours. Monday morning the crew at Central Maine Motors looked and diagnosed my transmission issue. They arranged a rental vehicle for me. I picked up the rental late Monday afternoon. Tuesday late morning Cody called me and stated that the part came in and was installed and my truck was repaired and ready for pick up. I returned the rental Tuesday afternoon and picked up my repaired truck. I appreciate the great service that the Central Maine Chevrolet service department gave me. Thank you very much
