On the day of, I got to the Bar Harbor airport to pick up the rental car, and they told me, "Sorry, we don't have any cars for you. We should've had our one ways turned off." I did not receive any notification in advance that the reservation had been cancelled. They said they tried to contact me, but I had no missed calls or voicemails from them. I'm extremely disappointed by the event, but also frustated by how uncompassionate and unbothered the folks at the reservation desk were about putting us in the situation. They basically said, Too bad, we can't help you. We had to figure it out on our own, which was VERY stressful. Don't rent from this Enterprise! They are not reliable.
