  This was my first time at Pape and it was excellent, from beginning until end! The staff was very informative and Ed was awesome through the whole thing! Highly recommend!

  Always feel like I paid too much, but that's always the case when I trade vehicles. I could have pursued other options for my trade value, but I just didn't want more hassle, so I took your offer.

  Loyal customer since my vehicle purchase, took my truck there for everything. Then I had a bad glow plug according to the computer results, since then I’ve always had a check engine light on?!?! And all Dougy could say well it could be anything and we would charge you 175.00 an hour to find the issue that we created. Trust and honesty is everything to me as a disabled veteran and it really sucks when businesses don’t understand repeat business just the quick buck!!! Never again

  Bought my Volt from Pape and have brought it nowhere else for service. Love this service team. They have kept the car running smoothly going on 90,000 miles. They are kind, communicative and clear in their explanations, and fairly priced. Love the shuttle service and the comfortable lobby. Fan for life.
