  Great experience buying a Chev Equinox from Pape. My salesman was Ed Myers and was very knowledgeable and personable. He took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle and even helped me sync my phone. Ed went over and above, helping me with my husband who is wheelchair bound. Even the finance guy explained all the paperwork clearly and had prepared several options for our consideration. I would highly recommend Pape for your next vehicle purchase.

  Carman (my sales rep) was kind and listened to what I needed. He was able to get me the best deal for the car I wanted and checked in on me the next day to make sure I was happy with my vehicle. Will only buy cars from Pape Chevrolet!!

  To me truck shopping is always a journey. My journey ended at Pape Chevy. I let Ed know what I was looking for and he used that understanding to quickly put me onto a truck that met that criteria. He did not try to upsell me nor put me in a vehicle that was not what I was looking for. The process was smooth without pressure. The service after purchasing has been the same. Thank you Ed and the full team at Pape.

  Had my car towed to PAPE. The service department was able to diagnose and repair my car with in a couple of days. I was pleased that , despite their full schedule, I wasn’t without a vehicle for a longer period of time. Very satisfied with the communication and timeliness. Friendly atmosphere . I had a good experience with buying the vehicle there and returning for services.
