- JAJ AlexanderMay 25, 20261.0Staff was friendly but omg my rental was absolutely filthy. Had not been clean or sanitized and was not ready to be rented out but they rented it out to me anyways. Outside and interior covered in dried up mud. The passenger window had a HUGE greasy smear that made it impossible to see clearly out. Rented out on a half tank of gas. Mind you I brought in a much nicer luxry vehicle to exchange and left with a dirty mid sedan by no fault of my own. Super disappointed as I was looking to drive around portland in style, not a muddy unsanitized mom car. Oh and before you say I should have asked for another vehicle, my coworker and I both asked for exchanges but were denied. Meanwhile the enterprise in Boston will let you take any car off the lot but OK.

We Brought the car back in so they could re-inspect it but they still charged their high Insurance Prices. Seemed like they could have explained it and directed me more accurately with the info they had. This is what makes you not trust Rental Car Companies!
