  No fault of yours, my car being stolen was very upsetting to me. After the recovery, plans to move forward with the schedule repairs was done in a timely matter. I am very satisfied with the repairs. I was given a new car after the detailer finished with my car.

  I have used Ripley Fletcher for about 6 years servicing my Superduty and now my new Bronco. Staff has always been nice to deal with. Too often I have to return for service after repairs that had issues after service on both my vehicles. Most recently a defective fog light was replaced and damaged when installed so I had to return. Also had a vibration in my Bronco that was confirmed to be out of round tires when serviced . After 2 weeks of me inquiring for a fix Ripley Fletcher decided to send the vehicle to a local Non Ford Dealer to road force balance the tires. Not being pleased with A Non Ford Dealer working on my vehicle I decided to purchase new tires out of my pocket to remedy the situation that should have been covered by Ford warranty. Through all of this I had to do almost all of the follow up on this issue. Seems like some changes with staff have not improved customer service. I will continue to service with them but hope to see improvement in car service.

I tell him South Paris and then I say yeah they brought the truck to me all the way from South Paris yes and they do it with a smile so I guess my messages Rippling Fletcher cares about about past present customers and they have the extra

  Scott and his team in the Service department are stellar. The car went in for grease and oil change and inspection and it needed quite a bit of work. Scott communicated in great deal what the problems were cost and time it would take to be completed. Scott is extremely good at communication. Nothing was a surprise and he made sure the vehicle was ready when we needed it. Scott thank you so much for all your and your teams hard work. Greatly appreciated. If I could give you 10 stars I would.

  Joe G and his staff are the GOLD Standard for customer service and in sales. We have purchased over a dozen new and used vehicles from this dealership. It has always been a very low stress and pleasant experience. Anything after the sale has been so amazing that seriously words cannot describe how grateful and happy we have been. Recently I fell ill and Joe and his staff sincerely asked if there was anything that they could do. They have gone out of their way to help us out.
