  Calling to make an appointment was a very pleasant experience. Then when I went in and explained the issues again, Billy listened to ensure the tech would know what was happening. The tech did a thorough inspection (thank you Connor!). I was then provided woth a detail explanation verbally and in writing with options from "we can start here to see if that helps" (lower cost option) to the full amount of work that needs to be done. I am very please so far with the service!

  This has been the best car buying experience I have ever had. I find it difficult to express everything that occurred but lets say my salesman went above and beyond to assist in a complicated situation. The end result was a happy thankful customer <----- And I am very grateful. Michael thank you for everything. ❤️

  I was lied to on several occasions from the body shop manager where the owner himself put on a good show telling me how disappointed he was also with the communication and lies however he himself thought I was a fool during this process. I dealt with this place for years where I had extremely good service, however it has gone downhill really bad where Joe should remove his commercials from the radio!

  Never have any negative issues when I need to have my truck serviced. Chris in the large truck shop is excellent. He always takes time to explain things thoroughly and never tries to rush you out the door. He’s the best service manager I’ve ever met. Make sure you keep him. Thank you.

  I bought a truck from Ripley & Fletcher Ford approximately 4 years ago and just a week ago decided it was time for an up grade. I went to a dealership closer to me but I walked out and told my husband, I want to talk to Mike at Ripley & Fletcher because he was so great to work with last time and treated us so well. We aren't near Ripley & Fletcher at all but I didn't care. So I called him and we made an appointment to go up and see him. I told him on the phone what I was looking for and he had a couple trucks ready for me to test drive when we met. I only test drove the first one and that was the one! They treat us well as far as trade in and the overall experience is fabulous....obviously since I went back 4 years later and no doubt I'll go back again when it's time to up grade. I absolutely 💯 recommend Ripley & Fletcher Ford! Mike is wonderful so if you go there, ask for Mike C. The owner is great too! Thank you Ripley & Fletcher Ford for treating us so well and for another great truck!
