  Excellent customer service! Uriah the employee that handled my rental and the swap absolutely exceeded any expectations that I had. After an unexpected car accident, there’s a lot of different things to deal with, and Uriah made my experience from start to finish of renting a car and swapping it out when the check engine light came on smooth seamless effortless. He was kind caring, and I felt as though he had my best interest through the whole process. I cannot say how much of an asset he is to your company. I greatly appreciate it that he went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted and needed. He made sure I was fully informed and he went out of his way to be accommodating. In my experience, sometimes when dealing with customer service I feel like if I don’t ask the right questions I’m not going to get the information that I need. I didn’t have to worry about that when working with Uriah, and that was a huge weight lifted off my shoulders.
