  I believed that I had a road hazard protection on the right rear tire. On a Thursday, I called Tire Warehouse and spoke to Mike who looked it up and said there was a warranty on the tire and that he would order it and call me on Monday. By Thursday, I still hadn’t heard from him. So, I called. So my first piece of feedback is why do we get an offshore person in the Philippines when we’re simply calling the Tire Warehouse in Scarborough, Maine (USA!) Second, Mike really messed things up. He told me I was all set, that he ordered the tire and that it was gonna be all covered but $10 and that I would have to pay $83 after all of a said and done. However, when I got to the store, they said they can’t find the warranty for that tire, in fact, that tire that I’m having replaced isn’t even under warranty or covered by road hazard protection. In fact, Mike was talking about the left front tire not the right rear tire. So the manager on call had to call the district manager and get approval. They covered the tire, but Mike is very disorganized and really made a lot of work for all of us. I will say I am glad that the manager on duty found a way to cover the right rear tire with a left front tire warranty but I am aware that Tire Warehouse took loss! I was also told that the district manager said no more warranties for me and I’m not sure if that means I’m out of them or he does not want me to get anymore because I use them! Consequently, I will be ringing my business To Palmer’s moving forward.

  I got great service from Ronnie at Tire Warehouse in Scarborough! He worked hard to find the right tire as a replacement for me and when I had to follow up about a leaky stem problem he took care of it very quick and made it as easy for me as possible! I really appreciate the extra steps he took to make sure it was fixed.

  We were directed to the Tire Warehouse by our rental car company after blowing a tire with no spare provided in the vehicle .Upon arrival we learned that our rental company ,however , would not agree to the required service in spite of some lengthy discussion and explanation directly with Mike . We ended up having the vehicle towed for a second time to the Portland Jetport to facilitate an exchange . Mike and his team were very patient and accommodating in helping deal with this unpleasant situation in spite of not getting the work order. In the end Mike personally drove this very distressed couple to the Portland Jetport .We so appreciated his unsolicited act of kindness. They were very professional throughout the ordeal.

  Employees at the office were outstanding, new tire little time. The call center had to be among the worst ! Talked with them twice, never again, very hard to understand and I believe they’re in a different country …….. doesn’t work for me. You need a direct line to the shop for people that know what there talking about
