- SSStefSep 23, 20261.0This dealership uses bait and switch tactics. They had a price for a vehicle online. It’s very clear that’s the price. When I went to purchase the vehicle, Michael P gave me a contract that was 2500 more than the online price. They then said that if you click through and look the online price includes a “lease discount”. This dealership uses shady tactics. When I pointed out this is a bait and switch and borderline illegal they were defensive and would not honor the clear price listed online. Pic is below. Beware of their tactics and make sure you double check your contracts!
- BHBrooke HallettSep 22, 20265.0Michael P was fantastic! I went with my mom to get her new car, and then when I expressed interesting in selling my car and looking around, he was fantastic with helping me and picking out the right one for me. When I had questions he was right there to assist. And he even stayed a little late for me one night so I could get all the numbers figured out. He made sure my car was cleaned and taken care of before I got in it. I will be recommending Michael in the future and continuing to provide him with my service. Thanks Michael!
- DTDavid ThompsonSep 3, 20265.0I had a wonderful experience purchasing my new vehicle at Portland Volvo. Michael was great and was very helpful. Excellent customer service across the board and accommodating in every way. I didn’t feel any pressure nor was anything suggested in the way of add ons that would have been extraneous for my purposes. I would highly recommend Portland Volvo.. and I love the car .
- GGGiuia GradySep 2, 20265.0I am a long time Portland Volvo customer and keep coming back because of the exceptional service from sales to service. My recent car buying experience was just as I expected when working with Volvo - excellent customer service. My salesperson made the car buying experience incredibly easy and enjoyable. From my initial appointment to test drive my car-to-be to the day I picked up my car - it was seamless and quick. It’s a great team and keeps me coming back.
- WRWilliam RomanSep 1, 20265.0We purchased a gently used Volvo XC 40. Michael Pierter was terrific. He patiently informed us of their available alternatives. Discussed our 2006 S80 candidly. He conveyed our view of value in a straightforward manner. We have had a very good experience with this dealership.
