  I recently had my vehicle serviced at Land Rover Scarborough due to malfunction on the DC to DC converter and overall I was very impressed with the experience. The service department was professional, attentive, and communicated clearly throughout the process even though I was dealing with customer resource center. After experiencing a significant vehicle issue, I appreciated the team’s willingness to assist and answer questions promptly. The staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and made every effort to ensure my concerns were addressed. Owning a luxury vehicle comes with high expectations, and I believe customer communication is one of the most important aspects of the ownership experience. Land Rover Scarborough demonstrated a commitment to customer service and professionalism that helped build confidence and trust. Thank you to the service team for their efforts and dedication to supporting customers when issues arise.

  Difficult emissions faults with TD6 engine. Brian, Dan (SVC MANAGER) and Sarah (sales). Made a comfortable trade possible to avoid future problems. Rebated initial charge as part of negotiations. Solid and responsive.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT DEAD — IT'S ALIVE AND WELL AT LAND Rover Scarborough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ When we purchased our 2019 Jaguar from Land Rover Scarborough on December 23, 2025, we hoped for a great vehicle. What we didn't expect was to discover just how incredible this dealership would be when things went wrong. On May 1, 2026, while on vacation in Baltimore and preparing to leave on a cruise the very next day, disaster struck. We pulled into our hotel after a 10-hour drive and the transmission decided it had officially retired from service. Cue the panic. There we were: 10 hours from home, stranded, no car, a cruise leaving the next day, and absolutely no clue how we were going to handle it. The next morning, I called the dealership expecting a complicated warranty process and a headache. Instead, Tyler, the general sales manager, answered and immediately said the words every stranded customer dreams of hearing: *"Don't worry. We'll take care of everything. Go enjoy your cruise."* And they absolutely meant it! For the next 48 days, while my Jaguar remained in Baltimore, the team at Land Rover Scarborough handled everything with professionalism, communication, and genuine care. I was provided a rental car for the first 8 days and then a beautiful loaner vehicle for the remaining 39 days after returning to Maine. Fast forward to today: my Jaguar is back in my driveway, running flawlessly, sparkling clean, and ready for the road again. But they weren't finished impressing me yet. When the vehicle arrived back in Maine, it only had 19 miles worth of fuel remaining. Before handing it back, they took it upon themselves to fill the tank! Who does that anymore??? Unfortunately, exceptional customer service seems to be a lost art these days. Too many businesses are quick to take your money and disappear when problems arise. Not Land Rover Scarborough. They stood behind their vehicle, their warranty, and most importantly, their customer. A huge thank you to Tyler, Ryan, and the entire team for turning what could have been a vacation nightmare into one of the best customer service experiences we've ever had. If you're shopping for a vehicle, do yourself a favor and visit Land Rover Scarborough. Ryan will help you find an amazing car; Tyler will be there if you ever need assistance, and the entire team will treat you like family. They didn't just earn our business—they earned our trust! 100% RECOMMENDED. 10/10. Would absolutely buy from them again... preferably with a transmission that decides to stay employed. 🚗😂

  Corey has been fantastic to work with. He set me up with the most beautiful Tiguan at a fantastic price, walked me through every step of the process and really went the extra mile. We were in the process of moving and the car was delivered from another dealership so he took the initiative to test drive it before I did to make sure everything was working as expected, he put it through an additional inspection, and even found a second key that wasn’t initially available and hand delivered it. I won’t be buying cars from anyone else from here on out - thank you so much Corey!!!

  Corey was a HUGE help in helping my fiancée get a car. We had just moved back to Maine and needed to hit the ground running. He got us in an out in one day, went the extra mile on inspections and helping us test drive the car before we even got up to test drive it ourselves, and was amazing to work with throughout the entire process. I would absolutely go back to Scarborough Land Rover to work with him again - maybe next time on purchasing a brand new Defender!!
