  Car dealership said my backup camera was covered 100% under warranty. Long story short, after 3 weeks of the dealership “investigating my claim” (even though multiple receipts saying it was covered) they denied it and because it was their mess up they offered me $100 off on a $600+ to replace my camera.. NOPE. Called Sanford Sound, explained the situation, all the people I spoke with were fantastic, excellent communication, they found the EXACT back up camera my car had, replaced it and for way less. As a female that doesn’t know too much about cars, I get nervous about being upsold things my car doesn’t need. I 100% did NOT feel this way with Sanford Sound. Would give 5+ if I could.

  These guys are super helpful. I’ve gone there probably 100 times for information, help, and equipment and every time they’ve been great. I would 100% recommend to anyone with audio needs.

  Excellent products, friendly stafff and great technicians. Had saddlebag speakers cut in on my Street Glide. Looks and sounds like it was done at factory. While installing. They noticed amp wasn’t wired correctly. They corrected the problem and now my Rockford Fosgate system sounds great. Highly recommend them. Roger
