  Tire Warehouse had an open appointment for new tires right away! No one else was available that soon. Their price for the tires and installation is average. Their service was okay.

  I stopped in at 7:30 AM on Monday, 4 May after driving straight from Charlotte NC the day before. A shop in Charlotte completely botched the alignment on my Toyota tundra and I had a 930 reservation. Without an appointment gentlemen working of the schedule and had me out the door by 8:30 AM. In my schedule if this has not happened at this time, I would’ve had to drive all the way back to Charlotte without correcting the alignment which would finalize the smoking of my front tires!. Because these guys with the extra mile, my truck is riding better than ever. My front tires are not completely toasted. If I ever purchase tires or have any type of work that they provide done in the Rockland area I will certainly go to the first. Above and beyond service!

  The service in the store was fine. Took 2 hours for a 4 tire change over. The were short staffed and overbooked. Their call center is horrible. I'd much rather talk to the store directly.

  Set up an appointment and people arriving even an hour after my appointment set were in and out prior to my car being addressed. I set up an appointment for the tire exchange and the ABS system. 2 hours after my appointment only the tires were exchanged and I was told I'd have to come back for the rest of the planned ABS. I won't be returning.
