I had a tire blowout on Saturday, called Tire Warehouse at 9am Sunday, and they got me in at 10am that day. Very kind on the phone and even kinder in person. The whole thing only took 45 minutes, which I thought was exceptional. 10/10 would recommend them to everyone I know, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else now. Reasonable pricing as well. Super glad I went here.

I hit a curb and blew a sidewalk in Portland on our way back home from vacation on July 5. Robert and his crew got us a rack of discounts, mounted some quality tires, and us and our exhausted and crank dog on our way in under an hour. Great experience that could have taken a great day sideways in a hurry

I highly recommend avoiding this branch in portland. Rude customer service on the phone and in person. Called about getting 2 tires for my car. Had to have them double check the price they gave me over the phone because it was $190 more than the price available online. And on top of that. They very rude gentleman (if you could call him that) on the phone scheduled me for 9am on a Saturday. He had stated that the tires might not be in until Monday but there was a chance it would be on Saturday. That was around 11am the Friday before. Later that evening I got a c9nfirmation text at 6pm for Saturday morning. Yay I thought. Guess the tires did show up. Upon arriving Saturday morning to a shop that had 0 cars in every bay. I was greeted while exiting my car by a lively man who looked like he was too busy to be bothered. Told him my name and appointment time. At wich point he grumbled something and went inside. Only to come right back out with clipboard in hand stating he had talked to me at 11am the day before about tires not being there until Monday. At wich point I asked him then why did I get a text about confirmation for appointment on Saturday 9am. He rudely says to me "because I forgot to change the appointment time because we had talked" afyer this altercation that he stated it was his fault while pointing a clipboard at me. I turned to walk away and informed him that I will just find somewhere else to get my tires done. But that's not it we're not done. Now that I am home and at this exact moment I am writing this.I received a phone call from this shop saying. My tires have arrived if I'd like to come in and get them put on. What a joke. I mean come on guys do better. It's bad enough in the last 25 years. Tires pricewise have increased 300% and only gotten about twenty percent better. The fact that customer service has gone down 300% is the big problem

I recently was experiencing a deflated tire. The company where I purchased the tire was shorthanded and had closed early. I stopped in at this Tire Warehouse to get some air so I could at least make it home. Instead they took off the tire, found the leak, plugged the leak, and put my tire back on at no charge! They were friendly, helpful, and quick. I highly recommend this location to anyone -and the next time I need tires, I will definitely come to this store.

I was very pleased with the service I received. Staff was attentive and personable I had my car towed there and they quickly made an assessment. Ordered the tires I needed. They put the tires on the very next day and let me know when the car was ready. Pick up and payment was easy and actually enjoyable even though it cost me $600 I felt that it was a reasonable price
